  1. This person is either too free or MAD! He keeps on imagining himself on a portait on a hearse and travelling all over Singapore to his final destination.. a certain crematoria...
  2. Is it true that Feng Shui is very complicated? Yes or No?
  3. When I was a child; the deepest impression was aCantonese movie that has a story of pure filial piety... Inthis unforgettable movie;the actress "Chan po po" I believe, cut off her own flesh to feed her mum. Totally like "wow!"...
  4. This is an "automatic" modern flower bath booth... Just insert: $10 and proceed for the flower bathe! Fast and Efficient!
  5. These are some considerations on Block 403:- 1. The Block's facing stretches from NW facing to NE facing. And there are even some units that face "Easterly". 2. I assume that the block of flats was built or TOP under Period 7: 1984 to 2003. 3. Period 7, NW facing directions NW1, NW2/3generally today (2004 to 2023) as having small luck as the water wealth under the Period 7 is trapped in the centre. 4. Better units are those facing NE but these units face 406 thus blocked view. 5. Lower floor units of block 403 especially the ones facing the T junction i.e. the road leading from Gardens at Bishan / Bishan condo park etc.. should pay more attention even though it is not at the fringe of the T-junction. More attended needed in this case. 6. If one talks about temple behind the block 403, blocks 401 and 404 are considered even closer to the temple(s). However, if you ask this question, when it is time for one to sell such units even at 403; others may also worry about this point. Thus this is not Feng Shui but future resale value. Plus yearly, the area is notorious for traffic congestion annually. 7. Block 403 Easterly units that are close to Block 404 seems to have some clear space. This is considered better than the North-East block facing units that are parallel to block 406. 8. From a Feng Shui point of view, it is best that any of the units in this development does not face the "spine" of the temple which is the most prominent object in this area. 9. Not considering the type of units; in general based purely on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui HDB-point block 402 seems a better block. Again I am not referring to or care whether it is a 5 or 4/3 room flat. However, half the block faces NW (again not a good facing) and SE (which is equally not so fantastic facing) = a catch 22 situation.
  6. The chop-stick is not compatible to the Western fast-food = Hamburger! Chop-sticks allow us to eat only bite sized food; one at a time. And this is the key to more healthy way of eating food.
  7. Yes, you can! Erh.. no choice, place an option to purchase already!
  8. Whenever, I see these pictures of some of these views of Caribbean At Keppel Bay, 2 Keppel Bay Drive; it reminds me of a recent converstation with an old client: She was the one that sold her Sentosa Cove home for $36 million to the Chinese person. This topic was the talk of the real estate world and for many in Singapore a few weeks ago. The Caribbean At Keppel Bay, 2 Keppel Bay Drive although cannot equate the views it's neighbouring Sentosa, but; this development is equally popular today as it is just at the fringe of the Sentosa development and Vivo city mega shopping centre. Caribbean At Keppel Bay, 2 Keppel Bay Drive can be considered asthe "poorer" man's = bungalow at the sea (although these are merely units within blocks of apartments)... Maybe, some of the owners are hoping that their units can also be sold for 36 million SGP dollars!
  9. 1. Some city scenes and the Tanjong Pagar Estate. 2. The distinctive Pinnacle @ Duxton : conceived from three ideas: computer circuit boards; piano keys and The Matrix show...
  10. This home next to the entrance of Jewel @ Chuan Hoe has lots of triangular shaped roofs pointed in all directions. We call this a "porcupine-roof" house...
  11. Sorry, the resolution is not so clear, but this pair of qi lin on the two front pillars of the gate of this home has one of the widest smiles around. Location: The Tan family resident (next door to) the new development that had just TOP: Jewel @ Chuan Hoe
  12. The idea is that spirits travel in a straight line and a zig zag bridge will certainly confuse the spirits!
  13. A building with such angular corners is not Feng Shui friendly... This block of private apartmentis along Yio Chu Kang Road - just before Phillips Avenue.
  14. Another one of those ba gua with a concave mirror facing a long corridor...
  15. 1. The dining room or table facing the main door:- 1.1. As the dining table can be seen immediately from the main door; it is best that the dining table is always neat and tidy - not messy. 1.2. Make sure that seemingly innocent items like a scissor or sharp object on the dining table that can be seen from the main door. 2. Toilet at the frontage, yes, not the best plus the main door seeing the staircase are two other considerations that you had mentioned. 3. Attached please find the centrepoint of the home. This centre-point or center should also be superimposed onto the 2nd storey floor plan.
  16. Frankly, since you got so many issues; best to go search for a geomancer to look at everything for you.
  17. 1. In my opinion, this is pretty similar to a walk-in wardrope (without doors). 2. From a Feng Shui point of view; there should not be any major issue; Visually, it may not look nice; only. 3. For exact colour, often it depends on the Flying Star numbers of a sector and in relation to a person's ba zi element. And not based on your description of west.. south... 4. Sometimes, installing beads or curtains.. if not changed or cleaned often may not be "hygenic". For example, if we hang a set of curtains; and don't change it for three or six months; the material may be a hive of germs. And I cannot think that each time we brush our face against this material; germs.. deposit of germs.. goes onto our face.
  18. You can use the free report at geomancy.net to check out your favourable elements & colours:- http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports-list/perlist-personal-element-howto.htm
  19. 1. Feng Shui has two major schools: 1.1. Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; 1.2. Compass School Feng Shui: Eight House and Flying Star 2. I can only comment on Para 1.1: this is a general advice forum and not a I do it for you sort of thing: It is so easy to add the compass direction, but there is a lot of work needed for such an evaluation. And often it also has to include the breadwinners date n time of birth. If you can, DIY on your own.
  20. Based strictly on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui alone; in general, the layout looks OK. Except hopefully, from the main door; one should not directly see the stove (and hobs). - I can't clearly see if there is a solid wall, there.
  21. In fact, due to the two tall buildings.. this space seems so gloomy! Ain't no longer "bright hall" effect...
  22. Someone says: "I want to jump down this building" The officer says: "Go ahead! Make my day!"
