Stick no bills or Stick no advertisements? This is a common sight many years ago where advertisers of home consumer products would stick their offerings onto the temporary protective covers on lifts of newly TOP HDB flats.

Under the Five element concept: Squares or rectangles or cubes belong to the earth element. So does yellow colour. Please take a look at the attachment. This pattern has been around and very common even in the 1950's as they were laid as mosaic tiles. Did you manage to see (visualise) the CUBEs?

Under Symbolism in Feng Shui; best to use even number of chairs for a dining table. What about a bench? Does it count as one chair? No. Thus, if one has a bench and 4 chairs at a dining table; the bench is not counted. Thus ideally, best to avoid having a bench with 3 chairs at a dining table. Based oncommon sense, best to avoid gaps such as those shown in the photo: Asoften, such gaps may "pinch" one's skin. Not exactly comfortable, rite?

A 1960's tailor's shop front still around today 1. Observe the mosaic tiles adorning the floor of the tailor shop. 2. This establishment located on Tanjong Katong Road features a distinctive shop front characterized by two expansive display windows flanking either side. 3. Such architectural styles were prevalent during that era, with numerous shops along prominent streets like North Bridge Road showcasing similar designs. "A Welcome FEEL of .... Kindly enter, please do come in." 4. It seems that marketing psychology was employed during that period, as the angled "V" display cabinets flanking either side were crafted to optimize display space and facilitate easy "a welcome" entry for passersby into the store. 5. This effectively illustrates the concept of "window shopping." +++ 2021, Geomancy.net

Question: Can I do the first time open door procedure before the 7th month. And during the 7th month continue with the renovations. Is it ok to choose an auspicious date that is suitable to one partner but average for the other. Reply: 1. The concern of the 7th month is that when one leaves a home vacant; some are afraid that the "hungry ghosts" may come and live in the home. And if one suddenly disturbs them, they get "angry". But see Para 2 below 2. Thus, it is a good idea to start renovations and continue during the 7th month. Here, the hungry ghosts are also like humans; if there are lots of noise and construction, they will not want to "come in". 3. No issue to select a date that is auspicious only to one person for first time open door or start of renovations. But, for the more important Move-in; best to chose a good that for both.

These are some considerations:- 1. In general, often; the consensus of many geomancers is that id there is a DOUBLE #8's in say Period 8; one should not consider MS8 as standalone. 1.1. Many geomancers would often offer or recommend a "water position" for say a Double #8 sector in Period 8; a Double #9 sector in Period 9 etc... 1.2. Thus when the Double #8's meet; one should not think or pull out the roots of one's hair as to : if I use "water" to activate the Water star #8; what about the mountain stair #8 then? 1.3. A well balanced water position consists of all five elements: e.g. Metal (round); earth usually rectangular or granite or marble stones for the fountain; water = real water and fire = lighting; and some plants = wood. If so, even if the #3 goes to that sector; the sector has all the Five elements = balance. If one has the time can read up: Reference: http://fountain.geomancy.net Para 2.1 to 2.12 2. Sometimes, a sector cannot use e.g. Bright Yellow because of the #5 deadly yellow then how? 2.1. Same concept: Apply all five elements including yellow. For example, a bedroom should avoid YELLOW. But if one seen a multi-coloured mattress especially for children, one can see many colours e.g. Red, black, green, yellow blue etc.. If so, this can be used in say a bedroom that was adviced not to use YELLOW (on it's own).

For example, if someone is seated on the THRONE, the legs may get in the way of the swing door. Don't let an accident wait to happen. Touch wood, it may not be so; but prevention better than cure. In case another family member rush in; push hard on the door while another family member is doing some business on the throne.... See illustration.

Feng Shui of Nuang Residence @ Hougang 1. Majority of the Penthouse Unit Types has a sha qi (poison arrow) with the sharp corner of the wall aimed towards the bed. 2. For example, unit #05-01, #05-12, #05-02, #05-11 have the sharp corner of the wall aimed towards the bed.

Feng Shui of HDB Waterway Sunbeam with stacks that face the tributary drain:- Block 662B with stacks #676 #678 & #680 and also Block 662C stacks #694 & #696 are influenced by the water in the Tributary drian and it's flow e.g. left to right or right to left depending on the Flying star directions of these 5 stacks of flats.
-
Feng Shui of HDB Waterway Sunbeam with stacks that face the waterway:- 1. For Blockk 662C stacks #686 & #698 and Blockk 662D stacks #712 & 714; 2. All four stacksface 212 degrees. In Flying Star Feng Shui this isSW1 facing. 3. For these four stacks/units, it is auspicious if when standing inside the living room looking outwards; the watershould flow from RIGHT TO LEFT. 3.1 Or Best that water flows from A to B in the attached illustration

Feng Shui of HDB Waterway Sunbeam HDB Waterway Sunbeam has 10 stacks that face the waterway. For example: Blk 661C with Stacks 636 & 638 both face 210 degrees = Flying Star SW1 facing. For a SW1 facing direction; it is auspicious if standing inside the living room looking outwards; the water in the waterway flows from RIGHT to LEFT.

Feng Shui of HDB BTO Waterway Cascadia Both Blk 316D Stacks #681 & #683 with Blk 316C Stacks #705 & #707 have facing direction of330 degrees. This places these four stacks as NW3 facing direction. And the plus point is that the frontage has a mountain star #6 with water star #8. Thus from now to 2023, this frontage is auspicious as it faces the Punggol Reservoir dam. As it is further inwards from the waterway; it is least affected by the direction of flow of water on the waterway. The negative of these four stacks are that it is bathed by indirect afternoon sun. And lower stacks/unitscan be noisy from the new Sumang Walk road

In my opinion: 1. There is no precedence on your current business model and Feng Shui. 2. For example, Feng Shui is about the earth luck. Thus for example, if you had asked about a business built on brick and mortar. Then Feng Shui may be consulted. 2.1.For example, please see the attached 4 photos. Here, a client mayseek advice on which premises is more favourable for his/her e.g. Internet caf?. 3. But things like Chinese 7th month and waning moon istotally not within the scope of Feng Shui. 4. Under the Chinese"Holy Trinity" of Luck system: 4.1. Earth Luck as mentioned is Feng Shui of the place one works at or one spends time e.g. a home. 4.2. Heaven Luck is considered as born with. 4.3. Human or Man Luck ison personal relationship etc... 5. Thus the field of Chinese7th month etc... does not even belong to the above para 4 - anything to do with the three forms of luck: Earth,Heaven nor Man Luck. 6. What you mentioned is more closely associated withBELIEFS leading to some practising a custometc.. 6.1. In the past, such beliefs and customs have to do with e.g. consulting an elder of their customs. But an internet gaming business is not something that one's grandmother or great grandfather had done it - did it before. 6.2. Maybe you could inject your own preference and come out with your own belief and in the future, if the business is taken over by a family member; advise them on your "tried and tested" belief. Frankly, this is how I see it.

Feng Shui of HDB BTO Waterway Cascadia 1. Stack #725 and #727's compass direction currently is determined at 7 degrees. 2. Hopefully, during construction, it remains as such. 3. If not, is cutting too thin between 7 to 7.5 degrees. 4. It can be dangerous or very inauspicious if the actual reading is between these two zones which is considered as in the zone of emptiness!

Feng Shui of HDB BTO Waterway Cascadia 1. As the top of the HDB Waterway Cascadia has a waterway; 1.1. Especially those stacks that face this waterway and or rather in full view of the waterway is affected by the Water Classics principles. 2. First we need to identify the Flying Star number of the various stacks. 2.1. In this review, I have identified the Flying Star numbers of these blocks and stacks: Blk 316C Stacks #693 #695 #721 #723 #725 #727 2.2. I have determined that all the above stacks face Flying Star Period 8 N2. 3. Next, I need to determine the flow of the water in the waterway. 3.1. As there is a Punggol Reservior with a dam to the upper left of this plot of Waterway Cascadia; 3.2. The assumption is that usually, a reservoir on normal days (other than droughts) should be higher elevation than the waterway to the right of it. And usually if the reservoir becomes too full; it will release water towards the waterway. 4. Thus, based on the above assumption; We can say that water would usually flow from left marking in blue A towards marking B. 4.1. Thus for these blocks and stacks: Blk 316C Stacks #693 #695 #721 #723 #725 #727 water is said to flow from LEFT to RIGHT. 4.2. Since under the Water classics formula; the above stacks are N2 facing; N2 facing benefits from water also flowing from LEFT to RIGHT. 5. Therefore, the waterway's water flow is said to benefit these stacks.

Feng Shui of Ecopolitan the site plan 1. Please take a look at the illustration. I had drawn a red outline of the cul-de-sac : which symbolically looks like a blade which seems to aim towards in particular:stacks #08 and #09 2. From a Shapes & Forms point of view Block 126 stack #08 gets the major impace of Sha Qi from the cul-de-sac. (Please see illustration.) 3. Block 128 stack #9 is the 2nd stack that should be concerned over this cul-de-sac "blade" especially for low floors. 4. Fortunately, Block 126 stack #05 is further away from the cul-de-sac "blade" thus may miss this major impact or sha qi. 5. In addition, this cul-de-sac known as Punggol Walk had also "forced" the architect of this plot of land to set Blocks 126 an Blocks 128 further inwards. Causing Block 126's stack to become a sha qi or poison arrow (sharp corner) of stack #06 aimed towards stack #03 of block 124. 6. In my opinion, the architect could have perhaps, look at other layout designs for the blocks instead of this. As majority of the South-west facing stacks will be bathed by the afternoon sun.

Feng Shui of Ecopolitan and the site plan 1. Poison Arrows or Sha Qi occur when we have situations where all blocks within a development are not "lined-up" e.g. in a straight line. 2. In Ecopolitan, there are a total of 8 blocks of flats: 2.1. Where (see attachment) Block 124 is set-back further in. While Block 126 is further "up-front". 2.2. This has resulted in Block 126 stack #04's sharp corner (see illustration in purple) aimed towards Block 125 stack #03's frontage. 2.3. Another potential conflict is the sharp corner of block 132 stack #19 aimed towards the frontage of Block 134 stack #22 3. The plot where Ecopolitan sits is less than ideal; as it sits on the junction of the busy Tampines Expressway and Punngol Way. 3.1 With so many new developments in Punggol; North / Left/ Right of it; this, Punggol Way will be a busy road for traffic leading into Tampines Expressway as well as a link from Sengkang to Punggol. 4. Thus, not that ideal a site when we compare this site with many other EC's and condos that spring up and will be completed in Punggol soon.

What happens if Block 15 isreplaced by a flat area such as a pool? It could be worse if we imagine that the area occupied by Block 15 is a flat piece of land and the blocks are aligned in a U shape with the opening exactly at West facing If so, the three pools will get maximum exposure all day long and thus greater rate of evaporation of pool water.
