Part 3: Feng S3hui of Forestville EC @ Woodlands
1. Stacks Facing N2 0/360 degrees
2. Enclosed is a sample illustration of a worked Flying Star chart N2 0/360 degrees.
3. In the attached illustration:
3.1. One can see that the double auspicious #8's current prosperity wealth is WASTED at the rear of the home.
3.2. East sector has bad Flying Star numbers of #5 misfortune/sickness #2 sickness stars. Which is a health concern.
3.3. Equally bad in the North West sector. Which also have nasty flying stars of #2 sickness and #5 misfortune/sickness stars
4. Another sector which can be wasted is at SW which has good Flying Stars.
5. Please note that the above illustration came from a worked case for Waterwoods EC.
6. One may need to mirror the layout to the above illustration.

Part 2: Feng Shui of Forestville EC @ Woodlands
1. As mentioned under Part 1: In my opinion, one should not use the North compass bearing of the Sales Brochure of Forestville EC.
2. Instead, at the moment use the streetdirectory.com to determine the Facing direction. Or later on when TOP; can consider checking the directions from onemap.sg which uses the government survey map data.
3. Based on Streetdirectory.com map: I have found that Forestville EC has stacks facing generally three SETs of Flying star directions:-
a. NW3 OR SE3 FACING = STACKS 01 TO 20
b. N2 OR S2 FACING = Stacks 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 46
c. E2 OR W2 FACING = Stacks 30 & 48
Hope the above helps (as a starting point) if you are trying to apply DIY Flying Stars.

Did you rely on the
Forestville EC's Sales
Brochure "North"
compassmarking on the
Site plan to buy your dream
home in this development?1.1.
If so, look at the comparison
of the Sales Brochure siteplan
with that of
streetdirectoy.com1.2. All
streetdirectories (paper or
web-based) have the True North
direction at the TOP.2. For
example : In the sales
brochure, Blocks 20 to 28 with
Stacks #01 to #20 when
compared to it's North compass
marking shows True North at
0/360 degrees. 2.1 Under
Flying Stars one could assume
that these stacks are North 2
(N2) or South 2 (S2) facing
directions.3. Next, take a
look at the sitemap of
Streetdirectory.com. 3.1.
Based on the readings taken
from Streetdirectory.com;
Blocks 20 to 28 with
Stacks#01 to #20 are
instead NW3 or SE3 facing
directions.3.2. Thus what was
suppose to be East Group
facing directions of N2 or S2
has now become NW3 and SE3
respectively. NW3 belongs more
the the West group person.4.
Which should I rely on? Clue:
Streetdirectory.com or after
TOP onemap.sg 's map
profile.5. In the most recent
past; I found Hillvista's
sales brochure site map's
North marking also to be
wrong.

If you are overseas for practical reasons:
Option 1: Monitor your situation and/or
Option 2: Get professional Classical Feng Shui Master as (we) do have some solutions for such things especially for a home with a VOID line.

1. Did you rely on the Forestville EC's Sales Brochure "North" compassmarking on the Site plan to buy your dream home in this development?
1.1. If so, look at the comparison of the Sales Brochure siteplan with that of streetdirectoy.com
1.2. All streetdirectories (paper or web-based) have the True North direction at the TOP.

1. Under Flying Star Feng Shui, one has to correctly identify the?Temporary Occupational Licence (T.O.P. date)
2. For HDB flats: the valuation report does not say "T.O.P." but rather "Lease commence date".
3. But recently, some evaluation report says "Tenure" For example: 99 years leasehold with effect from 1 July 2012.
4. See sample TWO attachments.
4.1 Anyway, call it TOP, lease commencement date or Tenure.. all are one and the same meaning.
5. For now, until 2024 onwards..all Singapore HDB flats will have to come under one of these three choices:-
[??? ]? 1964 to 1983? (Period 6) #6 was the wealth star
[??? ]??1984 to 2003? (Period 7) #7 also past prosperity star
[??? ]?? 2004 to 2023 (Period 8)?#9 is the current prosperity star. For new HDB flats, this is very clear-cut upon collecting the keys.
6. Flying Star Feng Shui needs this information to properly plot the chart.
7. Get this information ready for your Geomancer...

The rankings are currently blanked out as this development is not fully sold yet.

However, one can still look at the various comments for specific bedroom type.
I still don't like to recommend this development especially when one sees "Reserved site for Health & Medial Care".

Feng Shui of Ecopolitan: By Ranking of stacks of just Five (5) stacks :#06, #7, #10, #11 & #26
This is a situation where there are only Five (5) stacks that one is interested in; but not sure which of these five are better.
In such a situation; the breadwinner's best eight sectors are compared for each stack and a weightage and analysis done for each sector.
Thus, if the findings is good; then shown in blue. If sector does not match the breadwinner's than it is in red and considered such as : "Not a major issue" or "Can be disarmed".

Feng Shui of Watertown @ Punggol: Summary of Flying Stars
1. In summary, the Flying Stars for this development consists of:-A. Suites Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 7 = NW1 or SE1
B. Sky Patios Tower 4 = N3 or S3
While Towers 8, 10 & 11 = NE2 or SW2C. Soho Tower 6 = NE1 or SW1
2. There are more choices for a West Group breadwinner as the stacks range from NE1, NE2, SW1, SW2 & NW1.
3. While there are fewer choices for an East Group person: that of stacks N3, S3 or SE1.
4. Main characteristics:-
4.1. NW1. To activate the auspicious Pearl String effect; best to have a "mountain" at the front and ideally water behind the unit. Examples are stacks #17 or #18. Where these two stacks face stacks #13 and #16 respectively. In addition, the water position is at the rear of the block.
4.2 SW1. For SW1 facing, ideally, water position to be at the frontage. For example: stacks #22 & #23. If so, it is a double bonus as SW1 enjoys the auspicous 10 combinations under the Flying Star Feng Shui.
4.3 N3. Stacks #15 & #16 has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable.
4.4 S3. Stacks #13 $ #24 are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.
4.5 NE1. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised.
4.6 SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. Fortunately, all stacks in Tower 6 Soho for SW1 are facing a pool of water. As such overall, the unit can acivate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations.
4.7 NE2. As the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. Unfortunately, all the stacks in this facing (Sky Patio) have pool(s) of water at the frontage.
4.8 SW2. Shares quite similiar characteristics as NE2. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE2. But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight.

Feng Shui of Signature EC at Yishun
1. In the past, some of the sitemaps included in the sales brochure displayed an incorrect North compass bearing.
2. Therefore, relying on such sitemaps to create a Flying Star chart could result in an inaccurate Flying Star degree, leading to an erroneous flying star chart.
3. Whenever I have the opportunity, I make it a point to compare the constructed Flying Star chart from the sitemap with those available on either streetdirectory.com or onemap.sg.
4. The good news is that the discrepancy is only 5 degrees, which remains within the acceptable range for the correct Flying Star chart.
4.1. For instance, in the sitemap from the sales brochure, I recorded a reading of NE1 = 30 degrees, whereas the readings from streetdirectory.com indicated 35 degrees. Both readings still classify under NE1.
Isn't this encouraging news for those who relied on the sales brochure to create their flying star chart? Typically, the streetdirectory map is only released a few months after the soft launch.

Feng Shui of Sims Urban Oasis: Flying Stars
Enclosed, please find the Flying Star Chart of a Period 8, E1 facing apartment.
For an E1 facing chart:
1. There are three good sectors:
1.1. Frontage has the double auspicious double #8 current prosperity stars
1.2. North sector with auspicious future prosperity wealth stars
1.3. Provided that centrepoint is clear space and not a toilet or store-room. If the centrepoint is clear space can benefit from good Feng Shui luck

Feng Shui of Archipelago at Bedok: N2 facing unit:
1. Generally, from now to 2023, the double auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the unit. In this case of a Type D1 unit: it falls in the kitchen/ yard/ air-con ledge
2. But things will be different provided one is staying in a N2 facing unit from 2024 onwards. Here, the #9 stars becomes the current prosperity stars for that period.

Part 1: Feng Shui of Twin Fountain EC - Interior layout
1. 4 (bedroom) Dual Key Deluxe model:
The architect did a FAIRLY reasonable job in the placement
of the various toilets especially the WC: where it does not share
the same wall as the bed-head or stove.
2. 4 (bedroom) Dual Key model:
The overall layout of the interior is good.
However, for Bedroom 2, try to avoid sleeping with the head (bed-head) sharing the same wall as the WC.
