These are some considerations: 1. Let's look at the Chinese Horoscope and Ba Zi of an individual. In this example A male born on 17 October 1980 at 1.15pm:- Name: Sample (Male - 17 Oct 1980) D.O.B: Lunar (1980, 9th month, 9 day) at 1.00 p.m. to 2.59 p.m. Pillar Heavenly Stem (HS) Earthly Branch (EB) Hour Day Month Year Life Conception 2. Even today, there are many who are confused over some of the facts, above. 2.1. For example it is a fact that this person was born in the YEAR of the metal-monkey. 2.2. And when their ba zi was analysed, such as above; Note: Ba zi is based on DAY chart. 2.3. Thus, it is correct and a fact that this man is a "MONKEY". 3. But in Bazi his element is (based on another fact) DAY of birth which is a "water-PIG". 3.1. Thus he is considered asBirth Element a water element (based on DAY of birth and NOT his YEAR chart. 4. Frankly, it is similar to your question. 4.1. For example, the Tong Shu has a wider generalisation. Where it is suppose to apply to everyone in the WHOLE wide world. 5. What am I trying to say? 6. The KEY to understanding is: 6.1. "Is the Tong Shu personalized information or general? 6.2. While based on the the auspicious dates on Geomancy.net website: it is customised to the person. For example in order to determine a date of birth several variables have to be INPUT e.g. YYYY MM DD etc.... 7. Another way of looking at it is that the Tong Shu is not even close to doing an X-ray. While the auspicious dates provided is like going for an MRI scan. Here, Tong Shu even if it is an X-ray cannot look at soft tissue. While an MRI scan can even look at slices of a person's tissue.

These are some considerations: 1. For example, a CEO. He can be in-charge of many departments e.g. Accounting & Finance (metal), Marketing and Sales (Fire), Public Relations (Fire). 2. But ultimately his main CORE function is to GROW the company = Wood element. 3. So, other the industry that you are in; what are your core skills? You have ask yourself. What is your main or chief function. For example if you are suppose to develop a software or fine-tune it or make it work; then most likely "programming" or water element. 3.1. If you are there to SELL software then Fire element. 4. Nowadays, what it means that the industry one is in; may not be purely what are your core areas. So what value are you to your company? Of course, everyone can do a little of this and that. But what is the CORE?

Frankly, as far as I know; no one has done any studies (if any) in this area. It is good that you have perhaps look at both charts and you felt that on which nature intended you to be born is more accurate.

The 1st DBSS expensive premium - neither here nor there .... not a condo, not a HUDC, no fencing or barrier... typically an overpriced HDB and for some an over-priced HDB 5 bedroom flat.. purchased at around $800K or more... Furthermore... not even within short walking distance to an MRT or at least an LRT... Expect to loose (paper value of $200K or more...)

Thanks for your information. 1. If I am not mistaken, I can't find any information or your reason(s) for placing a ba gua mirror above your office unit. Perhaps, you can elaborate what is your rationale for placing such a mirror. Hopefully, it is not just because, business is poor; then automatically a mirror is placed, there. 2. For your home: To deflect poison arrow or sha qi; it is best to use a conVEX mirror or in some instances, some may/might use potted plant(s) - if it helps. But avoid using a conCAVE mirror, there.

Your attachment was removed. As it infringes the copyrights of streetdirectory.com. Streetdirectory in the past has been active in demanding payment(s) and or trying to sue sites or persons that use their maps without their permission. (In your case, there was also no acknowlegement stating where the map was taken from). Sorry, what you asked is beyond the scope of this free general advice forum. As it involves also looking at individual stacks / suitability / external views & even no. of bedroom types.

You wrote: "I have the same question, their is little difference, my bed is kept in vertical position.. If anybody can help it would be very helpful." In my opinion, it is not a concern. It may be a concern if we have seen e.g. Mr Bean "sick" on the bed and the bed happens to collapse upon the sleeper. Then again, I believe, this is quite impossible in the real world or if so, one could easily get out of this predicament.

There are two considerations, here: 1. Common sense 2. "The Grandmother story". 1. Under common sense, IDEALLY, the stove should not be next to or within the bedroom. This is because of several reasons: 1.1. Type of stove. If this is a gas stove. And for any reason; while using the stove; the fire gets extinguished or if the gas valve is not closed properly, then gas can escape and fill the entire bedroom with gas. 1.2. If this is not a gas stove e.g. an induction stove or electric stove; then Para 1.1. will not be of a concern. 2. Under "the grandmother story"; or sometimes based on symbolism; it is said that if a stove faces the bed. This implies that the person may get illness related to "fever" etc... As mentioned, Para 1.1. is more real then Para 2. 3. Ideally, avoid gas-type of stove in the bedroom given that this is a tiny apartment.

In this thread, two concepts under the Compass School of Feng Shui are used to evaluate: How suitable a house is". Under the Compass School: a. Eight House Concept:- This tool is often used to determine: "How suitable is this house? Can or cannot buy?" b. Flying Star Concept. Which is shown under the second thread.
