This boutique freehold development located in district 15 has interior layouts that are well-thought out. Even if it is a 1 bedder, 2 bedder or 3 bedders; the architect has managed to fully maximize the floor area. If one can see, in this 2 bedder illustration; the entire unit is a rectangular shape with a minor extension at the main entrance area. The rest of this small development's other layouts also share a well thought out design. By the way, the small size of the unit is made-up by huge

Even in a small development like St George's Towers; a proper Can or Cannot Buy evaluation of a specific bedroom type can take 6 or more hours to prepare, analyse, evaluate and provide recommendations. If you have the time; you can see that lots of factors are taken into consideration in preparing the attachment. As sale of HDB flats and/or BTOs are on a ballot system; this "one-piece" format is useful to have a global understanding of all stacks and even concerns (if any) of low floors looking towards e.g. car-park entrance, poor views, road noise etc.. etc... Note: Additional detailed analysis under Annex A is not shown, here.

Every so often, each of us meet a fork in the road even in area of Geomancy and Feng Shui. For a geomancer more often then not; in the beginning, they may think only of applying what they have learnt. And from past examples, we see many lots of geomancers either having approached by businessmen or on their own; see the "jewel" of making tons of easy money from highly marked-up products in the name of Feng Shui... Traditional Feng Shui is suppose to be scientific. But many end up preferring to sell modern commercial products or easy money for them and their accomplice. The best clue? Before you take up their service: check their website for such "clues" There are three types of luck based on the Chinese Holy Trinity of Luck:- 1. Heaven Luck or Born with via our ba zi 2. Earth Luck that is from our home + work place 3. Human or Man Luck which in real life is based on relationships and family bonding. But many geomancers instead try very hard instead to sell modern commercial products as a pathetic replacement for this. When the buying Stops!, the Selling can!

As per my last msg; the centrepoint that you had drawn is pretty close to what I had drawn. And the arrow from bedroom 2 seems to be the correct direction of the facing direction. For the rest, you have to work it out yourself.

You wrote: "1) As my front door open to the services stack (starhub. Singtel, SP services etc ), I am taking direction on my balcony side ( same facing as the windows for my otherROOMS). As my main door is mostly closed and my balcony is open for ventilation for chi flow, am I correct to use this facing? Please note this direction is facing the pool and opposite block of my condo." Based on your description; " it is common to use the facing direction standing inside the balcony looking outwards." You can upload the layout so that I can help to determine the centrepoint. But you have to DIY on your own.

Frankly, in my opinion, I widely consider what you mentioned under a broad term: "Occupational Hazard". For example, drawing a parallel to you. Even we geomancers also may fall into "Occupational Hazards" once in a while. Here, we would bring along our luopan. And once in a while; during our visits; meet a home that is "dirty" or "unclean" (belonging to those of the other kind). From the safety aspect; just take extra care to minimize personal exposures to risks. Otherwise: it is an occupational hazard".

CNY TRIVIA Got any recommendations to start the first working day of Chinese New Year (CNY)? 1. First day is always on even lunar days: eg. 2, 6, 8 or 10 day of 1st lunar month. (4th maybe skipped as many Cantonese don't like this number.) 2. Burials are always on the odd days: 3, 5, 7, 9 etc...

If it is confirmed on no-man's land. Then this "bird" is dead meat. As either way (direction); this bird either meets the devil or the deep blue sea full of sharks.

These are some considerations: 1. Enclosed, please find TWO (2) attachments. 2. Please note that the purpose of attachment file: centrepoint a.png is for me to see where the centrepoint or centre of gravity lands onto this alternative analysis. 2.1. Here, I am pretty happy with the "centre-of-gravity" reflected under both attachments. As if one looks closely, the centre of gravity or centrepoint in both illustrations are extremely close to each other. Thus I know "that it is on the right track". 3. Please use the attachment file: centrepoint b.png as this is the more common or conventional method of saying where the missing corner/area(s) are and also where are the protusions. 4. As one can see, contrary to what you had mentioned; indeed; there is a "large protusion" as highlighted in "yellow". And lesser concern for = MINOR missing corners/areas. 5. This is another example of why many of us always think automatically; of missing areas and miss out the "birds and the bees" of protrusions.

You can post the layout for me to help determine this. be protrusions. On 2/6/2015 6:24:02 PM, Anonymous wrote: Hi,My house has missing SW and NW corner. Any remedies? Deeply appreciate your reply. How do we tell if it is a missing corner or protrusion?

Thank you for your illustration. These are some considerations: 1. You wrote:- The bad directions Unlucky-South East Five Ghost-East Six Killings-North Total Loss-South 1.1. Given that your unit or rather your bedroom's bed-head could only be facing SE or East; given the "devil" and the "deep blue" sea; I can understand why you may want to consider facing East instead of SE (Unlucky). 2. As there are no other possible choices; given the window(s) in the West and the layout of the bedroom. 2.1. Yes, I do agree that perhaps, facing East is at least better than bed-head facing SE.

1. Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required. In many instances, what some may consider as missing corners may actually instead be protrusions.

No. What this thread means is: 1. Under the Flying Star Feng Shui, each home is suppose to be able to be properly identified as belonging to a specific "type". 2. And under Flying Star Feng Shui; there are a total of 15 directions or sectors a home can fall into. 3. But what this thread means is that since most of the blocks are oriented in the same direction; 3.1. Thus, if one stack/unit is such that it cannot belong to one of the 15 directions but fall in between TWO directions such as considered "in no man's land" then this is a concern. As it can adversely affect the luck. Here, e.g. a home cannot be considered as say belonging to either a NE1 or NE2 home but "in between" these two sectors. That's all. Hi Master Lee, currently looking at some resale units in NV Residences. When you mention that many stacks fall exactly under Period 8, do you mean all the main stacks? (ie main direction of the whole condo, eg whole of Blk 85, 91, 93, 99 and some stacks on other blocks in the same direction)
