This is one of the few developments where one of the pavilions can be directly or indirectly seen by other stacks. Often, wakes are conducted at the pavilion. And main culprit is the pavilion at 292D. Really no choice, many stacks withunits at low floors can literally seeinto thispavilion. But from a Feng Shui point of view; the most affected are stacks 528 and 530. This is a past ranking exercise.

This is custom made by an advice of a monk ten years ago and from the fengshui ruler, it is good luck measurement 6) Is it ok if the left side of the altar is cover with curtain as the left side …

Step 1: Generate the Eight House Template for each person you want to analyse. All template is displayed as a Top being North and Bottom being South. Step 2: Get a layout of your house. Find out where the north and south is. Step 3: a. Superimpose the Eight House Template (if is it on a transparency). b. Or mark it out on the layout of your house. c. Or simply look at it side by side. Step 4: You can see that the Template is divided into 8 direct…

Dear Tomas, In general, when we first open door; symbolically we want to "deposit" wealth into the new home or apartment. Start of renovations is often done. Here, the most simple procedure is to bring a hammer or a screw driver if we do not have the hammer and before starting renovations, usually say in mandarin " To all the gods, apologies, as I or we are starting renovations on ..... such a such a date." Afterwards, just knock three times on the floor or some on the wall. Usually Hokkiens practice more "simple procedures". Many Cantonese on the other hand, have the concept of 5-ghosts or spirits i.e. spirit or god of North, South, East, Wes…

Further to what I had mentioned; from the investigative illustration of layout plan: 1. The Eight House chart can even identify; where is the best bed-head direction. 2. Even for couples; who sleeps where or which side of the bed 3. From the Flying Star chart: it is preferred that the bed-head is placed closer to WEST sector as this sector has good auspicious qi. While placing the bed sharing the toilet wall at SW is still ok for this bedroom. 4. Colours that bind the two partners in relation to the Flying Star numbers etc.... These are some of the information; for example to place bed-head; above Para 1 is used in the "scientific" Compass School of Feng Shui. Thus, as m…

1. It is advisable to be married prior to using the "An Chuang" bed. If this is not possible, it is recommended to sleep in a different bedroom (not the Master bedroom) until the wedding date arrives and the appropriate "an chuang" rituals have been completed. 2. Typically, an auspicious date is selected that is nearer to the wedding date rather than one that is earlier. You can find our available dates within 30 days at the following link: http://dates.geomancy.net 3. The procedure is detailed in this complimentary e-book:- Quote: 1. Can we sleep on the bed after we moved in next month before we an chuang ("install" bridal bed)? 2. When …

Challenge 1: Yes, there are currently ready made altars that has both a roof and side panels and sufficient depth to shield the altar from the winds. Challenge 3: In addition, such an altar already has space built in below it for an "Earth god" Alternatively, one can get a carpenter to built a custom altar with the specific dimensions:- Standard height for any altar: 125cm to 128cm. If a piece of glass is to be placed on the altar, then go for 125cm. Width depends on your needs: 18cm to 23cm or 40cm to 43cm or 59.5cm to 69cm Length: 41cm to 43cm or 59.5cm to 69cm or 71cm or 89cm or 107cm or 148cm Challenge 2: Since, the entire wall at location marked B is pretty long,…

In an unusual state of mind, a development occurs; specifically, an Executive Condominium (EC) such as Twin Waterfalls approaches the critical threshold of legal completion. In this instance, Twin Waterfalls EC began to inform their subsidiary proprietors just in time before the 7th of July, 2015, which marks the date of legal completion. It is of no consequence if the physical keys have not been distributed to everyone. As long as you have been informed of the completion, please contact me to arrange for the collection of your keys. However, hold on... are you planning to collect the keys tomorrow? I apologize, but your turn is scheduled for next week! …

I am not recommending this layout (see attachment). But in Singapore; please refer to bedroom 3 toilet door area; some owners have slanted the toilet entrance at 45 degrees. And installed a bi-fold door. Personally, this is acceptable, but I don't really like it.

1. Please note that the report considers three factors: Eight House, Flying Star and Ba Zi of the breadwinner. 2. Yang Feng Shui or Feng Shui for the living; the facing direction is important. 3. For Yin Feng Shui or Feng Shui for the dead; then refer to what you mentioned, below. 4. The Flying Star Period 7 applies; only thing is that under Period 8; the #8 are important for this period. Majority of the time; each sector will still depend on the 81 combinations or interactions of the Mountain star vs the Water star.

1. In my opinion: most standalone blocks of apartments or "point blocks" are suppose to have better Qi then those "joint" together in a long curve or "L-shaped type of blocks. 2. What you mentioned: water building or partial metal: there are really no perfect answer to this. As some may even consider it a wood building by virtue that top down may be a tree trunk and or side-view like a tree trunk. A clover (top-down) view may be considered as a plant (leaf). 3. In general in reality or real life: the adage "one size fits all" is far from the truth. In fact; some buildings are a combination of two or more elements: metal-wood or metal-water-wood element. As for your t…

Dear Wilson, I agree with Glyn's findings. -- Quoting Glyn -- A wooden shelf on top of a bed is akin to a column or beam above a person. This will only weigh down a person and in Feng Shui, is considered inauspicious. Glyn has all the hallmarks of an excellent Feng Shui Practioner and time to come will eventually become an Excellent Feng Shui Master:) Keep up the Good Work Glyn:) Warmest Regards, Cecil

These are some considerations: 1. Please note that from my past experience, usually most people who face problems have a home that has around 3 major leaks or a combination of several cumulative leaks. And although enhancements are few and far between e.g. good location(s) for water; all these may affect or increase or decrease the Feng Shui of a home. 2. Thus, PERHAPS, the drainage could be one-Leak. 3. Any drainage covers especially that covers the last metre towards the drainage exit is neutral. Hopefully, does help. Of course, one can cover fully the drain. 3.1. Any type or those that you have shown in the photo where it can still be lifted up to clean is/are OK. Exce…

1. Yes, it is just an expression. 2. Fu Lu Shou is never meant to be "prayed-to". Symbolically, it should be placed facing where-ever one seats. Thus, if one sits at the living room, ideally, it should be facing "you". And it is very common to be placed on a table facing the dining table. 3. Best to place it at the Living Room. If it is placed at the dining room area, the table should preferably be (nice-to-have) 49 inches to not more than 50 inches tall (based on auspicious measurement - of the Feng Shui ruler). If the table holding the Fu Lu Shou is too low, it is like when we eat, these deities are salivating... all over... 4. Never place it facing the main door. …

Stephen W. wrote: Hi Master Lee, thanks for your advice on the size of mirror to place just outside the window as marked by you in the diagram. That direction is facing the lift / lift lobby area, I hope there are no conflicts. 1. It is always good to share more information. As my earlier advice was simply based purely on a 2D layout plan and "best placement". Since that direction is facing the lift/lift lobby area, then there is indeed a conflict i.e. in this instance, may not be appropriate to place it there. Yes, this is a pretty common senairo for many apartments. Anonymous wrote: Hi there, I have the same issue where the front door is directly aligned with the back sliding door but my property is a condo and will be too small to put up a screen or partition; is there anything else that can be done? Perhaps with the use of crystals? Thank you! Often, these are the common senarios:- 1. Often, we can draw "down" the curtain. And the curtain can act as a partial screen. 2. If it is a sliding door, then, slide the fixed panel towards the side directly facing the main door. 3. If we have a tall cabinet e.g. a tall tv cabinet. This is a plus point.

These are some considerations: 1. Please note that what I had written does NOT take into consideration: http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Feng_Shui_Triage 2. No two home are the same. And common sense says that : "It depends!" 3. Frankly, there no such thing as an utopian home. Thus most homes must also look at:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/The_Concept_of_Maximizing_Marks 4. To better understand and make your own opinion on "the direction of the MAIN DOOR"; I suggest you go read the following information:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=15673&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=15672&ne…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: Am in a dilemma. Is it strongly discouraged for the couple who is marrying at a later time of the year to attend the first couple's wedding so as to avoid bad luck? If a wedding has to be take place within 6-months to 1 year, then it is best that both couples do not attend each other wedding. This is to avoid either couples from any inauspicious influence. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Maxx, maxx ha wrote: The flying star for next year, facing south is evil position but my kua said is wealth. Which should I follow? You need to always remember, your gua determines your favourable directions. There will always be 4 good and 4 bad directions. However, what is good for you need not necessary means that the luck for the house in that direction will be good for you. The flying star basically tells you how is the luck of the house for that particular year / month etc. So what it means is that next year the luck of your house will change in that sector slightly. So you still need to fix it. Once you correct the sector, then the it will continue to remai…
