Sir, Thanks for your response. My stove is not facing the kitchen door or face any other rooms or room windows. My Stove is facing a window which is also part of the kitchen but about 6-7 meters away. Out of the windows is not facing any part of my house. Thanks PS

Firstly, if this is not a bedroom; not a major concern especially if it is at the back of the home or apartment. Secondly, many don't realise but a Refrigerator or fridge is actually considered as belonging to the metal element. Thus, if one needs metal in the kitchen; a large fridge can do the job.

Hi Master Lee, I found a house that my hubby likes alot. We hope to engage you for a site visit. But before I Whatsapp you for further discussion, I came across your article on the 'receiving wealth case study. I was quite reluctant on this house for 3 reasons. 1) the house number is 24 (easy die lol) But I read other that says this number is good for people with wood. 2) my neighbour on the right is higher than my house because it is sitting on up slope land 3) last and most importantly, I asked a few friends. I was told this is a pointing knife which is pointing at the master bedroom thus I would like to seek your advice. If it's a big no no t…

Dear Master Cecil, I wish you well. Could you kindly help to differentiate between a period 7 or period 8 house. How does one determine a house as period 7 or period 8? The HDB flat that I am currently living is built in 1989, I moved in 2011, without much renovation, except changing the toilet door, and the toilet seat. Is this still consider as period 7 or a period 8 house? Kindly advise if possible. Thank you very much for your kind advise.; Greatly appreciated. With Best Regards, David Tee

Hi Master Lee, When drawing the lines to find the centre of the house, should the balcony be included? If the balcony is not included, the house looks almost like a rectangle with no missing corners. But once the balcony is included, it looks like there is a missing corner. Thank you for your advice.

Thank you. I got your point already. When you said "If one is able to continuously walk up EACH step without having to use another step; even if there is a slight landing; then it should be considered continuous even with a small landing." our small landing dont need extra step to go to the next step. thanks for your help.. Highly appreciated.

1. One thing is for sure: When the buying stops, the selling can! http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Main_Page#Commercial_Products:_When_the_buying_stops.2C_the_selling_can.21 2. Try to avoid practitioners that give Feng Shui a bad name by selling all sorts of products. These people are there to cheat us of your hard earned money! Good evening Sir, Could you please help me with my stairs? My stairs is U shape therefore I have a midway landing which requires may 2-3 steps before the next staircase. Do i need to recount the number of steps like the one i did on the sketch? My house is still being constructed and I can still modify the number of steps based on your recommendation. I base the count on Oro, plata, mata, nada. Hoping for your reply. Kind regards, Ralph John.

Master Cecil, Thank you for the additional inputs. I have learnt much from your guidance. I have determined that my unit's front entrance or 'mouth' is the main door. However, at the rear of my unit (kitchen window), I have identified a potent poison arrow from the lightning rod of the covered walkway roof slicing into my kitchen. Do I have to be concerned since my unit front direction is free from sha qi? Since my front entrance is cleared, will sha qi from other directions contain a much more adverse affect? Thanks again, ML

I am looking at the stack 1 (3+study) for this condo. It has a private lift lobby and private pool . As according to the floor plan, though very squarish, the back of the private lift lobby is the yard area which leads to the back door to the common lift. May i know if the private lift lobby creates a missing corner for the house? Or the private lift lobby belongs to the house as well? Because the main door opens from the private lift lobby. Also is the location of the private swimming pool good feng shui? Does it add value to the property? Or the facing and direction is bad for the unit. Located across this project is also river valley primary school. Beside …

In my opinion, if possible, store the cannon - away + cover it e.g. with a canvas sheet. Or even if it is outdoors, for the moment, cover it with a rain-proof sheet much like a car-cover. And see if it can be stored away (permanently). As it is no point trying to figure to move-it, here, move-it, there. And constantly worry about it.

Hi Master, I wonder if you can help me understand how to analyse a two floors house. The house of my case is perfectly squared on both floors, like a cube. The question is whether I have to calculate eight mansion and flying star indipendently for the two floors and find the two centers. Or maybe the directions and the stars are the same provided that the rooms are more or less in the same position on the two levels. I hope you can help me. Thanks Ludovico

Thank you for your response. Let me rephrase my question, 1. Would appreciate if you could analyze Bellewaters feng shui in general 2. Also, bellewaters is near to the upcoming Sengkang hospital. For fengshui, will it get affected by it? 3. How do we judge the facing of each blk/stack? Do we judge by the individual entrace of our main door or north south east west is determine by where the stack or blk faces? 4. Lets say if my stack faces true south or true north, but my main door faces west, so am i facing the south/north or west? Hope to hear from you soon. Thank You once again

Hi Master Cecil, First of all, thank you for your insight on feng shui. My question is on the latest cool roof design. Recently I booked a double storey link semi-d cluster home in Malaysia. The roof design is as in the diagram attached. It's a flat metal roof with low angle for rain water and good drainage but surrounded by bricks on all sides. Besides weird, the colour will also be unauspiciously white or light-bluish. It's a metal roof with 3 layer insulation that supposedly reduces heat retention and noises from rain and reflecting the heat back up. The main point of this roofing is energy efficiency and easy construction. Furthermore the area is breezy and …
