Stars of Kovan condo & Floor Plans. > Type C1 It is such a waste that the window openings of bedrooms 2 and 3 open towards the air-con ledge. It not only makes the fa?ade or the frontage "ugly" even if there are some claddings to hide the air-con compressors. Such layout plans were uncommon and frown upon 10 to 30 years ago. Cityscape @ Farrer Park and Rubbish collection point In some instances, we have to open our eyes closely when selecting our costly investment of a property. In this example of Cityscape Condo; although there is tell-tale sign of a dead-end road leading into the development; No where says that there is a rubbish bin collection point. Here, if one is familiar with similar outlines of HDB site plans; one can immediately notice (see attachment); that most likely; it could be a drive-up / reverse-point for a rubbish truck to collect rubbish. The Santorini Condominium @ Tampines is said to got it's inspiration from the Mediterranean. A medium sized condo with a total of 597 units. From a Top-view perspective the 7 blocks are roughly U shaped layout. Where block 35 is arranged a little off from it's two sister blocks 21 and 31-33. This site is on a pure rectangular plot. The Poiz Residences and a very specific focus on just three stacks to rank or choose from. In fact, each stack/unit has some differences. Thus one must really sit down and look through all the points of each of the three chart. This is a very tedious exercise as it is as good as doing a total of three detailed Feng Shui audits. Thus this is not the typical By Ranking Exercise.

The Venue Residences By CDL and Flying Star Feng Shui Blocks 6 and 8 have stacks that are either N3, E3, W3 or S3. While Blocks 12 and 14 have stacks that are either N2, E2, W2 or S2 facing. Overall, there are more East group stacks/units than for west group.
