1. SouthBank is a Period 8 small development. It consists of two blocks. 2. This is one of the oldest areas in Singapore. In the past, if the Kallang Gas works was around, it would have been just a short distance to the south of this gas works. And it is close to one of the veins of the two rivers bringing terrible sludge and smell close-by. 3. Generally, it has good shapes and forms as the entire plot is rectangularish. 4. The developer has cleverly, tried to placed the swimming pools closer to the busy Crawford Street flanked by the start of the North Bridge Road.
