Case Study 1: Period 9 Total Flying Stars Feng Shui for Blocks 100A and 100B 1. N1 facing units: Although N1 facing units have the double auspicious #9's wealth stars under Period 9 wasted at the rear of the unit. However, it enjoys a Sum of Ten Water Stars - Here an individual sector's Base Star + Water Star adds up to Ten. Even if this sector has bad stars it can flip to become favourable sector. 2. NE1, S1, SW1, NW3 units enjoys Double Stars [#9] + [#9] in Front. Double Star in Front Formation - This formation should have near water and distant mountain to enhance this structure to activate wealth. 3. S3 & SE3 = Double Stars [#9] + [#9] usually wasted at the Rear 3.1. Double Star Behind Formation - Requires the necessary near mountain and distant water to enhance this sector to active wealth. 3.2. For apartments ECs/Condos/HDB flats, usually wasted at the rear of the unit. 3.3. For many landed properties overseas especially in the US, the yard opens towards the pool and a reasonable sized yard. Such homes can take advantage of this.

This area is an HDB enclave surrounded by Bus Depots and Singapore's Girl's home, with greenery and government works nearby. I have frequented this area often as it serves as a shortcut from the east coast to the Hougang area towards Sembawang - especially in the 1980s. It appears that there is some fenced-up digging or possibly sewerage works taking place.
