Sounds familiar? Habit 1 repeating itself, over and over again.... Feng Shui is believed to have a scientific basis. The question at hand pertains to a random outcome. Heads = Option 1. Etc...

Oh Dear! This AD by UOL to the uninitiated does not look right! A closer look shows that this Ad which "screams" LAND PARCEL. But on closer look this LAND PARCEL is actually the vacant plot of The Clementi Canopy. And not Clavon condo. By the way, Clavon condo is to the right of this land parcel. Today, the school disappeared and Jubilee Road becomes a dead-end road due to the AYE. The area where The Clementi Canopy is was once a busy hub. And there was once a circus connelecting Clementi with West Coast... Zoom out of the above map:- Today, this development is surrounded by good schools...provided can get in...nevertheless good resale potential other than those units near to the expressway plus afternoon sun..
