  1. Once upon a time.... before the construction of Central Expressway CTE and around the neighbourhood of Gardenvista...
  2. New kid on the block and close-by...
  3. "Luck can change with times".. LOL! New neighbours can also affect the Feng Shui of the site...
  4. Feng Shui is never static. Sometimes it can be once upon a time good. But due to surrounding redevelopments.. change the status quo.. LOL!
  5. Generally no poison arrow(s). But with the T.O.P. of the 10 storeys high Jardin at the former Yeo Hosp Seng Drinks factory; the Jardin has blocked much of the “frontage views”. Thus development has poorer Shaoes and Forms as compared to the years 2003 till 2012 or before the competition of Jardin in 2013. P.S. Gardenvista = 12 storeys high. Jardin = 10 storeys high.
  6. 2018/2019 Happy Dumpling Festival Whatsapp exhange
  7. So happens we have WWII surplus cannons. Can you let us have your address to sent to? LOL
  8. Once upon a time, tear drop polished metallic seats were placed outside the newly completed HDB flats at Clementi Central. These were quickly removed. As they became a health issue as they can be hot and scald someone! Let’s hope something like this is also not soaked in heat! A dedicated Police equipment room... The centre piece is to deter someone lying down and sleep on this bench:
  9. Who says a notice board is just for one selfish seller! Should boycott such people.. LOL Again at another block:-
  10. Please note that Feng Shui does not take unit number into consideration. More to do with cultural preferences. For example, all SIA planes never have a #13. Perhaps to cater for western preferences in the past and today. Unit numbers like 04-44 or 14-44 don’t appeal to SOME Chinese. And or may sometimes affect resale value. There are some who instead find such numbers lucky. But this is often limited to fewer Chinese.
  11. Fortunately, the rubbish bin well is not sharing the same wall as the living room. But nevertheless, ouch! Can certainly impact on future resale value..
  12. Frankly, Geomancy.net tried not to teach or guide on such a practice:- As this is considered as “Black Feng Shui”.
  13. Too bad this is Singapore! Not any other "cold country"... LOL BTW, Je vous remercie means Thank You in French.. P.S. Many overseas clients up North e.g. Canada, US etc...often tells me that they don't mind purchasing a home facing the west sun.
  14. I didn't know staying in a west sun (afternoon sun) house is so costly... Siri, please investigate or rather HELP!
  15. Case Study: Afternoon sun units: The saying goes: "An experienced buyer will often first check to see where is the afternoon sun!" One entire block with stacks #01 to #03 and the side wall of #08 will be soaked in afternoon sun. For#01 to #03 one can say that it is a "direct hit!" all year round. Thus no running away from afternoon sun especially towards the living room / bedrooms... Is the afternoon sun bad? Sometimes this is based more on Common sense. But again, many seem to point the finger (or rather everything) is Feng Shui! What do you think?
  16. Scotts Square @ Orchard by Wheelock Properties is a high-end mixed development. Consisting of 2 residential towers above a retail mall. The 2 residential towers has a total of 338 units. Formerly, this plot was the Scotts Shopping Centre.
  17. A new close-by development:-
  18. This new development is also in close proximity with a 1966 street map of the area:
