This is beyond this scope of one applying basic Feng Shui. As the Eight House concept or also called 4 good/4 bad has it’s limits. For example either one face a good direct or not. There is that much or little else than it’s limited application. This is explained under habit No. 9. The Three Step approach. Refer to the resource link on the 12 Habits of Feng Shui. Concepts like Flying Stars, Ba Zi Feng Shui are plotted and applied for a cure (if any). Thus as far as your knowledge goes it is up to the last habit 12: Go become a headbanger all you want. Maybe even wear a helmet and start the process of headbanger... As mentioned it involves more advanced methods... and detailed plotting and analysis...

Usually bed head facing NW on paper seems the better choice. However, as I suppose the bedroom door is along this wall; another consideration based on Shapes and Forms is thus not the best choice here. As Feng Shui accounts for 33.33% of the total luck; and human or man luck

Paid a visit recently ... Pool view units have spacious distances from opposite blocks... Spacious distances between pool view units and the opposite blocks not only offer residents added privacy but also help create a more open and comfortable living environment. From a Feng Shui perspective, having ample space can enhance the energy flow (Qi), reduce feelings of confinement, and prevent the negative effects associated with structures being too close—such as blocked views or "poison arrows" from neighboring buildings. It’s easy to see why pool view units with generous spacing are often considered more desirable in residential developments.

Case Study 3: Is there an issue with both the Dry and Wet kitchen stoves sharing the same wall as the Yard toilet? 1. In my opinion, although this is less than perfect but still acceptable: 1.1. Dry Kitchen Stove 1.1.1. But nevertheless for the dry kitchen stove, the WC is not sharing the same wall as the stove. Furthermore, the stove is no where placed against this sidewall. 1.1.2. Thus no issue whatsoever for the dry kitchen stove. 1.2. Wet Kitchen Stove 1.2.1. Again, not perfect. But still not a MAJOR issue/concern. As the Yard WC does not actually back-to-back with the stove. 1.2.2. To read this layout plan, this means that the WC is WALL mounted. Not a floor mounted. one. Samples of a wall mounted WC. Note: Not from/of Leedon Green:- Notice the wall mounted flushing mechanism:- For your information, the flushing mechanism uses a hydraulic pump system:- The disadvantage of a wall mounted WC is that it takes up additional WIDTH space: meaning it will protrude out of the wall as shown in these sample photos. For example, do notice that the actual sink and basin is closer to the wall. Note: Above photos are NOT from Leedon Green. Simply my personal collection of photos. Caution: If in doubt on the type of WC, always ask your respective Agent to confirm this. As frankly, I am not responsible if the above type is not provided here or that the specifications have changed for one reason or another. Such wall mounted WC systems are not necessarily exclusive to "atas" or high end condos. Some ECs and even BTOs like HDB Pinnacle at Duxton also does provide such fittings.

Case Study 9: Low floors of stack 42 faces the entry/exit. 1. There can be disturbed sha qi especially cars coming into the development. Especially since this is the major gateway towards the MSCP. 2. Thus as the stack 42 is close to this entrance/exit; perhaps it could be one of reason perhaps may be cheaper. It is also has a distant view of drainage reserve. Another Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. 3. A quick eye-ball glance seems that both stacks: 40 and 42 May be affected by: The kitchen at NW = "Fire at heaven's gate". Please search for information on this.

Case Study 2: Should I buy a unit facing the development's Substation and Bin Centre? Legend No. 22 = Substation and Bin Centre. 1. Common sense and stigma says that if possible especially (avoid stacks #46 and #47). In fact if possible also try to avoid stacks #45 and #48 especially low floors. 2. Even if oneself and family members are not adverse to it. Later, may certainly hurt the re-sale of that unit.

Personally, I don't like glass table-TOP dining tables
My personal aversion to glass table tops stems from several factors. 1. This is primarily due to its incompatibility with porcelain, mugs, and glass materials. 2. The sound produced when these items come into contact with the glass surface is unappealing, regardless of how carefully they are placed on the table. 3. Additionally, using a plastic surface protector detracts from the aesthetic, as it becomes unsightly with the bubbles that form on its surface. Frequently, the surface area becomes adhesive [sticky] as a result of the plastic covering.

Frangipanni planted in small flower pots are naturally petite, yet remain stunning. The variety I prefer the most is the least frequently found one. In the present day, I find myself rather fatigued by the abundance of maroon hues. Please don't misunderstand me, maroon flowers are indeed lovely. However, they seem to be overly prevalent and lack uniqueness.

Case Study 1: In my opinion, seems like the North marking on the Sales Brochure (SB) may not be correct! 1. All street directory map including onemap.sg has the North 0/360 exactly at the top and South 180 at the bottom of the page. 2. Onemap.sg uses the accurate government survey data map. 2.1. And in Singapore as we are close to the equator; the magnetic north and geographic north are to the human "eyes" equal to each other. 3. When I tried to confirm the North compass marking on the SB; 3.1. What I did was to match the outline of "Holland Road" and lined up the edge of the Sales Brochure to this streetmap. 3.2. What I found was that the original North compass marking found on the SB needs a further or additional 10 more degrees tilt. 3.3. Below is my workings showing what would have been the correct compass direction (in blue):- 4. Question: Should I still rely on the Sales Brochure North marking? 4.1. My answer is it is a suspect in terms of accuracy. This North marking found on the SB. 4.2 The actual tilt is at +-17 degrees to the right. While the SB is only 7 degrees. A 10 degrees difference in tilt: which is quite a significant difference. 5. Given that from personal experience, for many other developments the variance is only 1 or 3 degrees difference between what is on the street map (onemap) vs the SB. 5.1. Under Flying Star Feng Shui sometimes a few degrees makes all the difference in the plotting and interpretation and analysis of a home. 5.2. Blue arrow should be the correct North marking in relation to the layout plan. 5.3. The original SB's tilt is 7 degrees: 6. Of course, it would be great if the development had T.O.P. Thus nothing beats being physically present to confirm compass readings. 6.1. For now, the next best is to try and match to reliable street maps such as onemap.sg

The stacks/units in this development either face Period 8 Flying Star NW3 or SE3 facing. 2. Is it always the main door direction? Frankly, not always. 2.1. Understand why for Parc Canberra, the frontage of the home may not always be the main door. 2.2. But rather, it should be "standing inside the living room looking out of the balcony or PES for ground floor units. 2.3. Learn why:-

Case Study 5: Can I rely on the Sales Brochure North marking? 1. Was able to match the North marking on both the Sales brochure with street directory map exactly. 2. By matching the profile of the site plan with the profile of the plot. 3. The match is a perfect or 100% match. 4. Thus the Sales brochure North marking can be totally relied upon. As compared to several past launches where it was incorrect.
