Above 25 storeys... should not have the issues you mentioned. Have indirect afternoon sun at the master / bedrooms 2 & 3 and living room, that's all.

And not mere cheap decorative items to have the state flags displayed on side-walk railings... It would be nice, if it was displayed say below the window(s) of HDB/ECs Condos voluntarily. But it is not so happening these many years. Most likely many seem to associate the flag with PAP. ? Instead of the country on the whole. Of course, one can tell where most likely they were put up by the Town councils. Quite obvious, actually. You may feel okay.. but not me... No pride in the state flag at all.
