  1. Changi Village Road in 1966
  2. Common sense says that one should not place bedroom 1's bedroom door so close to the staircase landing. This is because someone in a hurry.. and especially in today's world.. often a person would be too engrossed with their handphone to notice others coming up or going down the stairs. Thus may trip that person. Secondly, where possible avoid the staircase directly facing a bedroom door: as shown in B. Frankly, a degree in common sense is free. One can even obtain a Master’s or Doctorate, here!
  3. Blocks 2 & 3 Changi Village Road are nestled in the heart of idillic old Changi Village which was built in the 1920s when the British military bases were operating in the area. When the British left in the 19703, the Housing & Development Board redeveloped the current Changi Village estate and built a market and a hawker centre which soon became a favourite lunchtime destination for military personnel, airport staff and workers from the nearby Loyang Industrial Estate. Over the years, the hawker centre has retained its laid-back atmosphere and developed a reputation as a favourite destination for foodies. Today, it is an iconic landmark in Changi and functions as a convenient stopover for weekend fishing enthusiasts from the region, as well as locals holidaying at the government bungalows nearby.
  4. In my opinion, high floors are preferred. Personally, this is the last thing.. or rather my “Last resort” home...if you ask me... My experience.. downstream of this development...
  5. Hi master, I am recommending your services to my friend (hidden). She may be contacting you.
  6. Art of coins placement... ”Overkill? Nevermind ... no wrong answers, here.”
  7. So sorry not now. As my clients are also looking. Maybe much later. After 100% sold or later.
  8. Historic 1950’s homes in District 15. Pre-world war II years Mountbatten Road was actually called Olive Road. The name was later changed to Mountbatten Road in honour of the Queen’s grand son.. Lord Mountbatten... I District 15 is at the fringe of the city.. Districts 10 and district 15 combined makes up the highest proportion of the who’s who : past and present of Singaporeans
  9. Huh? Lucky what? ”Lucky doNO what estate...
  10. Around Katong The distinctive black and white look of the 1950’s to 1960’s... The iconic C.M.C. Confectionary with their kaya bread and cakes.. For privacy.. customer’s faces are masked out..
  11. Thomson Three Streetmap in 1966 showing the surroundings of Thomson Three
  12. Standing facing the altar: The ancestor tablet should be to the LEFT of the altar. And slightly lower than the deity which is suppose to be to the RIGHT of the altar.
  13. Flying Star Feng Shui of Thomson Three
  14. The “TOP-wire” support type: This design is not a modern invention. [Below] If one pass-by the former Tanjong Pagar Rail Way Station, around "A", one can see similar support pillars:-
  15. A lonely block within the Sin Ming industrial estate. And a well tended enclosed garden. Must be someone’s or a group’s labour of love:
  16. Frankly this has more to do with common sense. What if the items on the display shelf falls onto one’s vulnerable head and eyes? Worse! If it falls onto an innocent infant. Infant’s skull are not yet hardened! A degree in common sense is free. 70% of non-concept Feng Shui is steep in common sense. It is simply a matter of putting on one's thinking cap and ask ourselves this question: "Has this anything to do with PURE common sense?
  17. This is the standard two storey high bicycle racks. Just that this has more curvy and stylish side frame design that’s all.
  18. Further to what I had mentioned: 1. Assuming a three ton truck ploughs a straight course as shown in RED: 1.1. The vehicle would first have to mount a curb and smash into the centre green railing. 1.2. Afterwards, the vehicle would have to mount a second curb and perhaps plough into a tree.. before coming towards this unit's VOID deck? 2. Tell me? Is this possible? Or only possible in a movie like Terminator 2? 3. Even if the vehicle manages to plough towards ONE VOID deck column, do you still think that the vehicle would bring this block of flats down? 4. I believe, only in the movies.. I suppose.. or 5. Can a vehicle fly all the way into this unit? Yes or No? 6. Again, no point using such arguments. Many will still say.. YES! THIS UNIT IS INDEED FACING A T-JUNCTION! 7. Therefore, whatever rational explanation given is not valid! This is FAKE news!
