  1. May affect future resale value. For example, if a potential buyer may bring along their geomancer. And if that geomancer is utra-conservative.. they may view the entire stack as...
  2. On the surface, the home seems acceptable in relation to the shape. But it is not just about the surface. If an out of control vehicle comes in; it may just slam into the basement and 25 .. Similarly a vehicle exit would have to curve up...
  3. 21A and 23A can be considered as less regular. But not highly unusually irregular. The sample layout that provided shows that the living areas are rectangular.
  4. These are some considerations: 1. When a convex meets a concave; this is suppose to be a no-one gain situation. 2. The good thing is that it does not matter how big one's mirror is; if the size of the smaller one is already 3"inches. 3. It is considered not wise to place a concave facing a concave mirror. 4. Thus, it is considered the right thing to use a Yang = conVEX mirror against a YIN = conCAVE mirror. This is suppose to neutralise each other. 5. But do remember to remove your conVEX mirror; once the conCAVE one is taken down by your neighbour. Others: Based on the photo provided, there is a palm leaf and christmas tree blocking neighbour's supposely conCAVE mirror. If so, it does not look like the neighbour's concave mirror currently is facing your main door. Thus, this should be considered, before you even place the mirror. The only reason why you should place a convex mirror are these "spikes" as highlighed in red.
  5. The Type A1 is more common.
  6. One can use the search feature in this forum. For eg. " Ba Gua" mirror and there are around 200 plus pages in this subject. Using the above search function: http://forum.geomancy.net/wiki/Types_of_Ba_Gua_Mirror
  7. 1. A conCave mirror is meant to "suck" wealth. Hopefully the neighbour is aware of this but avoid doing so. 1.1 But obviously, they know a thing or two. 1.2 On the contrary the conVex mirror is to deflect Sha Qi or poison arrows. 2. Traditionally, a 6 hollow wind chime symbolises "strong metal" is usually place (quite similar to) Para 1.2 to deflect poison arrows. 3. Often to counter is to use a simple conVex mirror; without all the Ba gua trigram markings. 4. To counter: conVex against conCave and/or vice versa. 5. A simple red plastic bordered conVex mirror is often considered the preferred option. 6. If neighbour is willing to remove the mirror; that is the best. But looking at your situation; may not seem hopeful at all. Photo shows a plain or simple conCave mirror. Size is around three inches in diameter.
  8. Prata, thosai and brani... three most common... This board lists Thosai Battura Chappati set Appom Idly set Puri Roti Prata And Chicken/Mutton briyani
  9. Look at this chart from International Property Advisors reproduced by the Straits Times: Downgrade or surrender Any flats with remaining 60 - 56 years lease or less... needs careful planning when buying such a unit. Unless, it is "free" or at a "fire-sale". This is certainly doubtful. New or 10 to 20 years old... may still be palatable...
  10. House marked as A although is at a T-junction; But the least affected by it: 1. House is set-back away from the main gate 2. There is another service road marked by B and C. Marking C is where if a vehicle ploughs straight towards A.

  15. Firstly, we would like to thank you for the wedding fengshui report you have given us when we consulted you last year! We married on (hidden) Feb, which was one of the most auspicious days you have calculated for us. Everything went on smoothly on that day and i guess that's some little luck we had too! Secondly, I have called Mr Cecil Lee this afternoon and have verbally confirmed his first visit on this ...
  16. Instead of the traditional wooden drawers; they now use these stacked yellow containers..
  17. Recent photos of GEM residences
  18. It is a pity that other there is a void as shown in green "A". This void between stack 03 and 04 is like a "chamber" that further magnifies the MRT train noise. Of course it does not affect the "other side" of the unit. But still such a pity... Hopefully, the MRT track has a noise baffle screen...but not still have some noise. Hopefully, one's unit will not be affected by the MRT track noise... again it depends on the storey etc.. The green arrows show potential noise from MRT trains.
