Woodleigh Village Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans woodleigh-village.pdf HDB Woodleigh Village and Flying Stars Feng Shui This site does not have any 5 Bedroom Type. Majority of the stacks/units are either Flying Stars Period N2 or S2 facing. Stacks 88 and 90 are N3 facing. While stacks 76 and 78 are S3. While stacks 50 and 52 are E2 facing. Stacks 70 and 72 are E3 facing. Stacks 66 and 68 are NE1 facing. And there is only one stack 74 that is SW1 facing. Limited choice for the West group persons. [2017 launch]

HDB Woodleigh Glen and Flying Stars Feng Shui 1. This site does not have any 5 bedroom Type. 2. And perhaps because of the trapezium plot of land, the architect has literally creating a "box" like layout plan. With the central spine provided with spacing. 3. Pretty unique in that a total of 688 units all either facing Flying Stars: N1 N2 S1 S2 and E2. 4. There is another row which I have shaded in purple. For these stacks, I did not plot the compass readings. 5. The N1 & S1 facing stacks: 6. N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position. 7. Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. 8. If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. 9. The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed. 10. S1 The combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area. 11. It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies. 12. If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector. 13. N2/3 & S2/3 14. N3. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. 15. S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 16. The frontage has the current prosperity [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 17. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 18. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred. [2017 launch]

HDB Waterway Sunrise I and Flying Stars Feng Shui This development has stacks that faced varied directions depending on the bed-room type. A. East Group (N2, S2 & SE1 facing stacks) ========================== 1. N2 for e.g. stacks 760, 762: Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. 2. S2 for e.g. stacks: 772 & 774: Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 2. 1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. 2. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 3. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred. SE1 e.g. 818 B. West Group (NE1, NW1 and SW1facing stacks) ============================== 5. NE1 For e.g. 782, 784 786: Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised. 6. NW1 e.g. 824: To activate the auspicious Pearl String effect; best to have a "mountain" at the front and ideally water behind the unit. In addition, the water position is at the rear of the block. 7. SW1 e.g. 750, 752, 754 & 756: For SW1 facing, ideally, water position to be at the frontage. If so, it is a double bonus as SW1 enjoys the auspicous 10 combinations under the Flying Star Feng Shui.

HDB Waterway Sunrise I and Shapes & Forms Feng Shui Hopefully, HDB should consider providing a partition. Even a glass wall (although not that ideal as in the past) is much better than leaving it open as in the original sales brochure. Enclosed are the layout plans of the 4-bedroom types e.g. stacks #716 and #718. And the 5-bedroom types e.g. stacks #822 and #868 with the main entrances. Their main entrance will be facing one of the rubbish bins be it common or recyling. Such stacks will seriously have poor re-sale value in the future when it can be placed on an open market ... five years after lease commencement date. In my opinion, unless HDB gives a huge 30 percent or more discount; else skip these stacks like the plague...

Waterway Sunrise I Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans waterway-sunrise-i.pdf HDB Waterway Sunrise I and Shapes & Forms Feng Shui This batch of newly or soon to be released for sale flats now have two rubbish bin chutes: common rubbish and recyling. What was the architect thinking when he/she designed the layout of Blocks 655A, 656B and 657A? For example: Stacks #718 (very close-to), #822 and #868 have one of the rubbish bins directly facing the unit's entrance area. And indirectly for stacks #820 and #866. And slightly further away for #716 as there is a emergency exit as a further buffer. [2017 launch]

The Peak @Balmeg more photos... In some of the Photos The trellis is seen to have "spikes" or poison arrows. Fortunately, none of the stacks/units in this development is affected by it.

The Peak @ Balmeg is just next to Haw Par Villa. This small development sits on a hill. Generally with most South facing stacks over-looking the Harbour front..

HDB Matilda Sundeck BTO launched in November 2016
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Singapore Property Review
HDB Matilda Sundeck and Flying Star Feng Shui HDB Matilda Sundeck for now should be considered as having stacks that either face Period 8: N3 or S3. A small variance of just 0.6 of a degrees off and this development's stacks could instead either face N2 or S2. In any case, N2 or N3 and S2 or S3 shares identical chart numbers:- N2 or N3. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S2 or S3. Both N2 and N3 plus S2 and S3 stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both S2/S3 frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. Do take note that this is an S2 chart. For an S3 chart: the interior layout plan should instead be slightly slanted "15 degrees to the right". -

HDB Kallang Residences BTO launched in November 2016
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Singapore Property Review
The precinct pavillion is closer to Block 115B. In particular Block 115B stack #17 is directly facing the precinct pavillion. While stack #19 has the master bedroom directly facing and bedroom 3 and living room = side-view. Stack 21 low storeys can also see into the precinct pavillion. Thus, high floors are preferred. Since, low storeys such as usually up to 4th storey may still have partial view or when there are chants or rituals performed at a funeral. And touch-wood.. if it so happens on important holidays e.g. for the Chinese during Chinese New Year. In addition for stacks #17, #19 and #21 it is preferred to avoid (if possible lower storeys as the multi-storey car park (MSCP) is up to 6th storey + if we include the lamp posts which can be a poison arrow.. then preferrred that try to consider anything above 7th storey (if possible). -

HDB Kallang Residences and central rubbish bins Nowadays new HDB flats seems to have two rubbish bins side-by-side. In this case, the rubbish bins: the common and recycling bins are near to the main entrance of Block 115A stack #07 and 115B stack #17. In particular also right behind Block 115A #05. But less of a concern since less obvious as even compared to Block 115A stack #11. The bin area is also equally close to Block 115B stack #15. But not as direct as stack #17. Do keep this in mind when selecting your own flats in any housing estates. Nowadays, one should add this as a check-list when buying condos and EC that has a common floor centralised rubbish chute(s). -
Kallang Residences Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans kallang-residences.pdf Lease Commencement Date: Year 2021 HDB Kallang Residences is squeezed into 'Horse-head" plot of land. Or to some a shape of a pistol. This development only has 4 bedrooms and below flats. The flats either face NW3 or SE3. NW3 stacks has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces clear space which implies virtual water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has inbalances. If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness SE3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus, it would be good if the unit faces a pool of water. Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room. The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed Good, if the rear of the house has a "mountain" support. [2017 launch]

Grandeur Park Residences - Which units are lucky today?
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Singapore Property Review
Grandeur Park Residences and Central Rubbish Bin(s) Majority of newer developments be it condos and HDB flats now not only have a central rubbish bin. But MAY also have a "Green" recycle bin. Since Grandeur Park Residences central rubbish bin(s) are somewhere "out-there"... and not inside the unit... make this one of your check-lists .... Do check with the development via their agents carefully.. before signing the dotted line as often... this can seriously affect one's resale value... Although there is often a door covering this bin right outside this unit at Ecopolitan; but neverthless... Location: ECOPOLITAN Executive Condo @ Punggol :- -
Grandeur Park Residences - Which units are lucky today?
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Singapore Property Review
Grandeur Park Residences & Shapes and Forms Feng Shui Stack #41 Type 4C1 and Bedroom 2: avoid sleeping with bed-head sharing the same wall as the WC. No issue if this is not a bedroom or if one does not have the bed-head sharing the same wall as the WC/pipes etc.. Please see illustration. -
Grandeur Park Residences & Shapes and Forms Feng Shui 1. Type 5L - 5 Bedroom Premium 1.1 Many of Grandeur Park Residences layout have the Living Room sharing the same wall as a bedroom. 1.2 In this instance with bedroom 3. If this section of the wall is a dry-wall. 1.3 One would have to be extra careful as to where one mounts the TV. As the contractor would usually mount it on an additional piece of wood which offers not much protection from EMF radiation. 1.4 As there are many brands and models of TV sets; majority of the TV sets do have EMF as high as 20+ milliGauss (mG) or more. In this instance, my EMF meter only reads up to 20+.

Bedok North Vale Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans bedok-north-vale.pdf Year Completed: 2020 - Falls under Flying Star Period 8 Feng Shui HDB Bedok North Vale and Flying Star Feng Shui This small site or development is one of those "squeezed" into bits and pieces of left-over sites in Bedok North. The stacks in this development are either Flying Stars Period 8: N1 & S1 facing. N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position and clear space. Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed. S1 The combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area. It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies. If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector.

Bedok South Horizon Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans bedok-south-horizon.pdf Under Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui (Completed 2021) HDB Bedok South Horizon lauching this year. HDB Bedok Beacon BTO launched in November 2016
Cecil Lee posted a topic in Singapore Property Review
Bedok Beacon Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans bedok-beacon.pdf Year Completed: 2021 Case Study 1: The Flying Star Feng Shui is dangerously close to a zone of disaster = neither here nor there. 1. For example, it is bad luck to have a unit that is say neither N1 or N2 and S1 or S2. Let's hope not! 2. HDB Bedok Beacon located at the former temporary bus interchange when Bedok Mall was under construction. 3. This development only has 4 bedrooms and 2 bedroom Flexi Types 1 and 2. 4. Under Flying Star Feng Shui, this development is either facing N1 352 degrees or S1 172 degrees. 4.1. A mere 0.5 degrees off and it would become N2 or S2 facing stacks/units. 4.2. For example, it is bad luck to have a unit that is say neither N1 or N2 and S1 or S2. Let's hope not! 5. Therefore, it is best that when the development T.O.P. on-site readings be taken to confirm whether it is still either N1 or S1. -
A. You wrote: "Unit 1 : House on 2nd floor, directly above rubbish collection on level 1 and substation next to it." 1. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, this is not ideal especially the idea of living above or near to the rubbish collection. 2. As for the substation: be careful of the roof-line or if the station is at an angle with a pointed edge aimed towards the 2nd floor unit. 2.1 Otherwise, in theory, there is no scientific proof of any ill effects of living close-by to a sub-station. 2.2 But, here.. one may need to convince a future potential buyer... should one consider exiting the property. 3. Also under common sense: unless this unit is given "free" or sold at rock bottom prices... it may affect the resale value should one later decide to sell it on the open market. B. You wrote: "Unit 2 : House on ground level. Facing hospital." a. Under common sense: hopefully the unit is not facing the pathology department. b. This is because every hospital has such a department to do autopsy or as a holding area. In SGH, it is Block 9: A whole block dedicated to the "dead". For this Hospital suicide cases, unusual death etc...But if the hospital is a community hospital: most likely died of old age etc... c. Where; when a patient has died and wheeled to this area: later for the relatives to arrange for the body to be transferred to a morque etc.. d. Under Chinese beliefs: many Chinese have a taboo of having a home 24/7 with the living room/ bedrooms facing a hospital. e. Again, in the future; when one wants to market the unit, you and your agent have a hard time .... marketing and closing the deal. f. Although the developer's agent has been very up-front with you; But... in my opinion, unless one has financial constraints or the price is too attractive... simply walk away... (no, no... run away...) ?????????????????????
