Under number 1: this is my surname : Lee or Li 4.1 Under number 2: all my brothers and cousins of the same generation share this middle name: Han. Therefore, so long as there is a male person - brother or even half-brother or cousins: we all share this same name. 4.2 Majority of Chinese names have: 1 , 2 and 3 characters. And while my grand father choose to name us under Para 4.1 or it is known as a "marker" to identify my (male) generation, there are other familys that name all males from the same generation under marking 3. Instead of 2. 4.3 For example: This family has the surname Tan. And all brothers, half-brothers and cousins of the generation. Their names may be:- Tan Ah Kow Tan Ah Teck Tan Ah Tee Tan Ah Bah Tan Ah Choy or Tan Kow Ah Tan Teck Ah Tan Tee Ah Tan Bah Ah Tan Choy Ah Where surname = Tan. And all brothers, cousins and half-brothers share the same "Ah" in their name. When these generation have their own children, they are suppose to start from a new second or third name. Thus all male child of all the above persons may have:- Tan Hui Teck Tan Hui Bee Tan Hui Er Tan Hui Blur Tan Hui Har or Tan Teck Hui Tan Bee Hui Tan Er Hui Tan Blur Hui Tan Har Hui Thus, all those belonging to this "next generation" would share the same character Hui under their generation. 5. Thus whether our second character or third character is used as a marker to that generation, there is no issue. 6. Surname cannot be changed for male and if the second (or third character) name is compulsory, then in my case, the last number 3 is used to balance the elements in the name. 7. For example, as I was found to have a balanced ba zi chart, for those who can understand Mandarin character would see that the name implies "centre" or balance. 8. One of my brothers was found to "lack water" element. Thus instead of forcing him to drink water every day; his name has a "water" = "Shui" as the last character of his him. 9. By having a balanced name, it is considered far better than the not so sound concept of drinking more water because one is lacking water. But rather, the name would include water element in it. 9. The rationale is simple: As the sector based on the20 Year Flying Star already has: 2M 5W ; the concern here is that hopefully another or multiples of especially #5 and/or #2 especially #5 or even #9 congregate at that sector. 3. Yes, unfortunately there are two considerations, here: 1. It's a male thing! Unfortunately: our society, still has some taboo's associated with anything related to women. Further to what I had mentioned, one of the options is to place a low height "linen" cabinet" at the foot of the bed. See attachment.

1. Frankly, although your plot of land is irregular; in my opinion, it is considered "mild" or not extremely irregular. Overall, if you don't do anything, it is quite minor. As compared to many other plot of land. Please see attachment. 2. The eastest way to "fix" this mild irregularity is to have some kind of landscaping for area marked in Red as "C". 3. You may alos place lighting at markings in red "A" and "B". But, in my opinion, either you can still do nothing or go for para 2. 4. As for the frontage, no major concern for this plot of land. 1. So long as when sleeping, the legs are not directly facing the bedroom door. 2. The two most common approach are:- 2.1. No issue if the head faces the bedroom door instead of the leg. 1. Theseflats are the first generation Housing Development Board (HDB) government flats. 2. Many of such flats were completed by the HDB between 1964 to 1984. 3. Many years back, the HDB did not tell anyone that they had make the main entrance door Feng Shui friendly. 3.4. These flats in a block of flats are characterised by a rectangular shaped building or the block is considered as an "earth element" A "stable" and harmonous form. 3.5. If you carefully look at the original layout (see attachment); one will find that a wall is purposely built at marking "A". This follows the Feng Shui premise that qi should not flow from the main door directly out of the home. 3.5.1 Unfortunately, some owners who were not aware of the Feng Shui repercussions; had hacked down this wall. The morale of the story is that some people had the mistaken notion that Feng Shui is about hacking walls. 3.5.2 On the contrary, good Feng Shui practises even "forbid" hacking too many walls. In this case, if the wall at marking "A" was hacked away; qi from the main door would flow out of the home. The implication is that the owners will not be able to save money! 3.6. If one were to go to such a "virgin" layout and take a measurement of marking "D" will be surprised that the opening is actually also Feng Shui ruler friendly. Unless one had done some renovations and changed the opening then, this may not be true. 3.7. The minor flaw of such a layout is that the two bedroom doors : bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 face each other! Thus, under symbolism in Feng Shui; when ever both parties come out of the room " it looks like " they are at logger head with each other. The simplest "cure" is to place a "red" dot on both door knobs so that each party can see "eye" to "eye" with each other. 4. This layout plan happens to be a unit from Marine Parade. And between 1984 to 2003; these flats had their toilets upgraded and during the upgrading exercise; majority of the owners agree on a utility room : as marked in YELLOW in the attachment.

1. Frankly, there is no precedence inba zion "such things". 2. Firstly:Ba ziis not a "cure all" or "everything cannot revolve around" in the name ofBa zi. 3. Maysprings condominium was completed under Flying Star Period 7, 1998. Tenure of land is leasehold 99 years. This condo mainly comprises Two identical rectangular blocks: Blocks 2 and 6. And in-between these two blocks is Block 4: located at the centre of the rectangular plot of land is the club house. Majority of the apartments either face Flying Star S1 or N1. With lesser units facing E1 and W1. The unique feature of this condo is the "openings" : please refer to attachment: maysprings1.jpg: the openings are marked in RED : A and B. This type opening under Shapes and Forms is meant to allow qi to flow thru it. This condo borrows the opening from a well known development in Hong Kong where an opening was to allow the dragon qi from the back of that development to flow thru this "hole" allowing good qi to flow thru... There are few of these openings found in Singapore. One development is another condominium in the East Coast area and another is at The Sterling condominium at Bukit Timah road. Under this same attachment: maysprings1.jpg: some Geomancers felt that the unit marked in PURPLE : marked as "C" and "D" are considered inauspicious as these units are considered not to have"support" below them unlike other units where they are stacked one-on-top of the other.
