  1. EastBank @ Canberra Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans eastbank-@-canberra.pdf And EastBrook @ Canberra Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans eastbrook-@-canberra.pdf For EastBank = Lease Commencement Date is Year 2016 For EastBrook = Lease Commencement Date is Year 2017 Both falls under Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui 1. Feng Shui of HDB EastBank @ Canberra & Flying Stars Feng Shui of the 5 Bedroom Type. 2. N1 facing = 340 degrees. Stacks 717 & 719. Best to go on-site to do aconfirmation of the compass readings. As this reading is a borderline case. 2.1. This is because NW3 facing range from 322.5 degrees to 337.4 degrees. And there is a remote possibility that N1 may turn into an NW3 facing unit, instead as it comes too close to 337.4 degrees just a few degrees off this. 3. NW3 = stacks 701, 703, 729, 733 & 753 and SE3 = stacks 705, 727, 731, 755 & 757. NE3 facing: As the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. Unfortunately, all the stacks in this facing (Sky Patio) have pool(s) of water at the frontage. SE3 facing stacks. Shares quite similiar characteristics as NE2. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE3. But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight. 4. Two other 5 bedroom type belong to E3 facing = stacks 738, 741 5. Under Water classics Feng Shui: Stacks / units facing the drainage has to be looked at carefully to confirm the drainage flow.
  2. Feng Shui of HDB Fajar Hills & External Shapes and Forms Feng Shui 1. Majority of HDB developments are built on rectangular or close to rectangular plots of land especially in newer estates like Punggol. 2. HDB Fajar Hills estate is a refreshing change from above. 3. Look at the attachment. Can you visualise a butcher's knife?
  3. Feng Shui of HDB Compassvale Broadwalk Flying Star Feng Shui and facing directions of 5 bedroom type:- 1. Stacks facing N3 = 33, 35, 41, 43, 61 & 63. N2/3 & S2/3 1.1 Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S3 facing chart. 1.2 Here, under N3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. 1.3 Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area instead of at the frontage like that of an S3 chart. 2. N3 stacks 33, 35, 41, 43, 61 & 63.. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. 3. S3 stacks 37, 39, 65 & 67. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. 3.1 As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. 3.2 And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. Other 5 bedroom type flats have E2 facing = stacks13, 15, 25 & 27 and SE2 facing = stacks09 & 11
  4. Buangkok Tropica Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans buangkok-tropica.pdf Completed 2018 Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Buangkok Tropica 1. Majority of the stacks /units in this development face flying stars S2. From now to 2023, this is indeed a good facing direction. As the facing direction has the auspicious double auspicious #8 wealth stars. 1.1. Thus especially stacks/ units889, 901, 903 and 905 even if they do not face a water position; these two stacks/ units face what is called "virtual water" or clear space; directly overlooking the site reserved for a park. 2. Other facing directions include: N2 direction. For example stack 875 and 877. But for such stacks the wealth stars are truly wasted at the "rear" of the unit where the kitchen/ yard is. 3. Some of the smaller units; for e.g.961, 963 & 965 are SE1 facing.
  5. 1. Part 1: Feng Shui of HDB Buangkok Tropica and potential poison arrows from sharp corner of neighbouring blocks / stacks. 2. Stack 927 has potential poison arrow aimed towards stack 891. 3. Stack 935 has potential poison arrow aimed towards stack 897. 4. Stack 953 has potential poison arrow aimred towards higher floors (2nd storey and above) of stack 909.
  6. Buangkok ParkVista Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans buangkok-parkvista.pdf Under Period 8 Flying Star - Completed in Year 2018 Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Buangkok ParkVista & poison arrows from sharp corner(s) of neighbouring blocks/stacks 1. Nowadays, many developments has blocks/ stacks that are no longer arranged in parallel to each other. But oftenstaggered and at acute angle to each other. 2. In addition, these blocks. stacks have many staggered angles. 3. Thirdly, theseblocks/stacks are in close proximity to each other. Because of this; there is a high potential concern of sharp corners of neighbouring blocks/stacks aimed towards another stack/unit. 3.1. For example:- Stack 743 has a potential sharp corner aimed towards stack 745. Stack 723 has three potential pointed sharp corners aimed to stack 747. Stack 747 has a potential sharp corner aimed towards stack 741. Stack 701 has a potential sharp corner aimed towards stack 731. Stack 721 has a potential sharp corner aimed towards stack 729 buangkok-parkvista.pdf
  7. 1. Part 1: Feng Shui of HDB Buangkok ParkVista and Flying Stars Feng Shui 2. Nine (9) stacks are facing SE2. SE 2 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. 2.1 Thus, it would be good if the unitis enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room. 2.2 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed. 2.3 Good that rear of theseunits has a "mountain" support in the form of other neighbouring blocks / stacks.
  8. Angsana Breeze Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans: acacia-breeze-@-yishun.pdf Under Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui (Year Completed: 2017) Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Angsana Breeze @ Yishun As the blocks/stacks/units are not parallel to each other; it is prone to poison arrows. Stacks 60/62, Stacks 56/58 and opposite stacks 06, 08, 32 and 34 are very close to be each other.
  9. 1. Feng Shui of HDB Angsana Breeze @ Yishun & Flying Star Feng Shui for most 5 bedroom type:- 1. N2 = Stacks 06, 08 andN3 = Stacks 148, 150 and also S2 = Stacks 60, 62 1.1 Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2/3 facing vs a S2/3 facing chart. 1.2 Here, under N2/3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2/3 chart. 1.3 N2/3. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. 1.4 S2/3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 2. S1 = Stacks 28, 30, 32, 34, 48, 50, 56, 58, S1 The combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area. 2.1 It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies. 2.2 If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector. 3. SW1 = Stacks 16, 18, 64, 66. SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. 3.1 It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. 3.2 As such overall, the unit can acivate the sum-of-ten. 3.3 Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations. 4. NW3 = Stacks 160, 162. NW2 has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. 4.1 Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. 4.2 If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. 4.3 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has inbalances.
  10. 1. Feng Shui of HDB Depot Heights & Flying Star Feng Shui of 3 and 4 bedroom types. 2. N2 = stacks 603, 604, 613, 615 and N3 = stacks617, 619, 627 with 3. S2 = stacks 605, 607, 609, 611 and S3 = stacks 621, 623, 625 4. N2/3 & S2/3 4.1 Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2/3 facing vs a S2/3 facing chart. 4.2 Here, under N2/3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "reaR" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 4.3 N2/3. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. 4.4 S2/3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. 11. Anchorvale Parkview Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor plans: anchorvale-parkview.pdf Lease Commencement in Year 2017 Part 3: Feng Shui of HDB Anchorvale Parkview & borderline case 1. Take another example: NW3 stacks 65 & 67. 2. The readings is 337 degrees. Another 0.4 degrees and it could become N1.
  12. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Anchorvale Parkview & possible borderline case 1. This development has a total of five Flying Star facing directions: N2 S2 NW3 SE3 W2 2. All the five Flying Star facing directions have "borderline" Flying Stars. 2.1. For example: N2 direction : e.g. stacks 77 and 79 based on the HDB site plan shows a reading of 7 degrees. 2.2. N2 direction has a range of 352.5 to 7.4 degrees. The above stacks 77 and 79 was found to be at 7 degrees. 2.3. Thus, if the construction of the block was tilted by 0.4 degrees off; this reading may not be accurate. It could either fall into N3 or at the "no man's land" neither between N2 o N3. If so, this is bad for the stack/unit. 3. Pay more attention to confirm the readings of all five Flying Star directions after T.O.P.
  13. 1.Part 1:Feng Shui of HDB Anchorvale Parkview 2. N2 = stacks 27, 39, 41, 43, 45, 51, 53, 55, 77, 79 and S2 = stacks 21, 35, 37, 47, 49, 57, 59, 61, 69, 71 2.1 Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. 2.2 Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "reaR" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 2.3 N2. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. 2.4 S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 3. NW3 = stacks 29, 65, 67, 81 &83. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. 3.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. 3.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness 3.3 SE3 = stacks 31, 33, 63, 85, 87. SE 3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. 3.4 Thus, it would be good if the unit faces a pool of water. 3.5 Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room. 3.6. The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed 3.7 Good, if the rear of the house has a "mountain" support. 4. Stacks23, 25, 73, 75 are all W3 facing.

For SW1 facing, ideally, water position to be at the frontage. 6.1 For example: stacks #22 & #23. If so, it is a double bonus as SW1 enjoys the auspicous 10 combinations under the Flying Star Feng Shui. 7. SW3 = Stacks 58 & 60. SW2. Shares quite similar characteristics as NE3. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE2. But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight.

  17. Thanks for the illustration: 1. If the air-con is not above this position: B; this is the safest location. However, if one uses incense all day long; and if family members such as retired parents or children; the fumes may flow into the bedrooms. 2. C is another consideration. But, still not as good even if the side of the body is sharing the same wall as the bed. Thus, if this is not a bedroom, C may be considered. Seems ok. Since even if there is the afternoon sun, it would not go to the altar position. 3. Marking A should be the last resort given that even with a minimum width of 2ft.. the altar could take up quite a bit of space. 3.1 At marking A, make sure that the altar table top must be at the optimum of 126cm (or 49 3/4") or at the next alternative is 5 feet high.
