Late former Prime Minister Mr Lee Kuan Yew's home @38 Oxley Road

In my opinion, the main concern is the A4 sized mirror. This is highly unusual .. and often, placed on some advice from someone like a geomancer or religious-geo person. A pair of Kirins although is a concern, it is not that uncommon for households to place them. it is difficult to further understand.. without proper perspective of the whole thing.

Firstly, no offence. As I trying to be frank with you. A Traditional Chinese person consider the Trigrams scared and taboo. Thus, do not consider every using these symbols as a "decorative" piece or item. Well, that's it!

All the above that you had mentioned can be considered so Long as they are in open spaces. But not in a covered drain storm. For example, a hidden drainage or Reservior system that aerial photos cannot detect or shown. -

T Must be exactly the same height + from an opening at the opposite home facing it. Thus even if it is the same stack but higher or lower than the pointed roof... not an issue.

Tre Residences Condo - Which units are lucky today?

There is no scientific proof that magnetic fields especially generated by sub-stations are harmful. It is not like gamma rays from the sun or radiation: which are. Take for instance the MRI scanners in hospital. These are huge magnets that are used to scan slices of just anything that is not solid. Thus, it can scan flesh (human or otherwise) and even bone structures. Common sense: living next to or in full view of a bin centre: In Singapore, frankly, rubbish is cleared almost daily other than the unexpected .. but due to our humidity.. and how rubbish is thrown by residents (unbagged) or those durian skins etc... does smell... wind currents plays a part. And how high the unit is. -

Cats eyes vs obstructive half-moon floor bollard lights
Cecil Lee posted a topic in Around Singapore
These two differing methods serve the same purpose: 1. Passive markers: These wafer thin circular cats eyes because of it's reflective properties coupled with yellow warnings, in my opinion is the way forward. 2. Contrast it with these black protruding lights that bulge out. And their placement could cause someone such as a young child running around to fall and hit their face on the floor. 2.1. These lights needs to be turned on. It does not have light sensors so does not turn on in the event that it is pouring or the sky turned dark... in the day-time. 2.2. These lights do fail: short or blown.. and may need replacement. 3. Architects and landscape planners should play their part.... 4. The cats eye:- Or the bulky floor lights? Which you prefer? -
Arc 380 (formerly Eminent Plaza) looks like T.O.P. Soon.. Hopefully, many of the popular food stalls do return back.

When conducting an initial Feng Shui assessment to determine whether a property is suitable for purchase, one of the first aspects I consider is the presence and location of precinct pavilions within the HDB estate. 1. One of the key elements I take into account when assessing the viability of acquiring a property at a new BTO site or development is this factor. 2. Undoubtedly, everyone must confront mortality at some stage in their lives. 3. Nevertheless, considering the skyrocketing prices of newly constructed apartments, it is clear that owning a home entails a considerable financial obligation. 4. In the process of selling a property, our collective aim is to optimize our investment returns. 5. The positioning of the precinct pavilion, whether it is discreetly located in a corner or prominently visible from several units, holds minimal importance. 6. It is recommended to avoid purchasing a unit on the lower floors that has a direct view of the precinct pavilion. 7. Earlier today, I traversed through Fernvale and took note of a specific residential area. 8. Some of the apartments are not only located near a wake or funeral, but I also heard loud music emanating from the event. IMG_8439.MOV 9. Unforeseen events such as a funeral can coincide with joyous family gatherings like Chinese New Year or a wedding tea ceremony, which are beyond our control. 10. Even though it was in the adjacent block, the music was excessively loud. The soundtrack can be identified in any of these three films... IMG_8437.MOV IMG_8438.MOV The units located on the lower floor of Block 436A have the potential to directly observe the entrance and resting area of the funeral. IMG_8439.MOV My Assessment Approach When advising clients on whether to consider a particular unit or block, I always factor in: - The orientation and type of precinct pavilion; - The immediate surroundings, including pathways, landscaping, and facilities; - Past and expected usage of the pavilion. This assessment forms a crucial part of my “Can or Cannot Buy” analysis, ensuring the property supports both physical and energetic harmony for its future occupants. Final Thoughts Genuine Feng Shui isn’t about selling remedies or products it’s about informed, practical evaluation rooted in tradition and experience. By understanding how features like precinct pavilions impact the estate's qi, buyers can make more confident, long-term decisions.
