These are some considerations: 1. For example, a CEO. He can be in-charge of many departments e.g. Accounting & Finance (metal), Marketing and Sales (Fire), Public Relations (Fire). 2. But ultimately his main CORE function is to GROW the company = Wood element. 3. So, other the industry that you are in; what are your core skills? You have ask yourself. What is your main or chief function. For example if you are suppose to develop a software or fine-tune it or make it work; then most likely "programming" or water element. 3.1. If you are there to SELL software then Fire element. 4. Nowadays, what it means that the industry one is in; may not be purely what are your core areas. So what value are you to your company? Of course, everyone can do a little of this and that. But what is the CORE?

Frankly, as far as I know; no one has done any studies (if any) in this area. It is good that you have perhaps look at both charts and you felt that on which nature intended you to be born is more accurate.

The 1st DBSS expensive premium - neither here nor there .... not a condo, not a HUDC, no fencing or barrier... typically an overpriced HDB and for some an over-priced HDB 5 bedroom flat.. purchased at around $800K or more... Furthermore... not even within short walking distance to an MRT or at least an LRT... Expect to loose (paper value of $200K or more...)

Why take so much effort in trying to determine the Frontage or the mouth of a house? If we could correctly determine the frontage of the house; then we can properly apply the Flying Stars to it. Get it? Got it? Still can't understand? Here's more... Why do you think so much effort is needed to determine the Frontage of a home? This is because in Flying Star Feng Shui; it is crucial that we get the Frontage correct! If so, cures and enhancements can be correctly applied for effective results!

Thanks for your information. 1. If I am not mistaken, I can't find any information or your reason(s) for placing a ba gua mirror above your office unit. Perhaps, you can elaborate what is your rationale for placing such a mirror. Hopefully, it is not just because, business is poor; then automatically a mirror is placed, there. 2. For your home: To deflect poison arrow or sha qi; it is best to use a conVEX mirror or in some instances, some may/might use potted plant(s) - if it helps. But avoid using a conCAVE mirror, there.

Your attachment was removed. As it infringes the copyrights of streetdirectory.com. Streetdirectory in the past has been active in demanding payment(s) and or trying to sue sites or persons that use their maps without their permission. (In your case, there was also no acknowlegement stating where the map was taken from). Sorry, what you asked is beyond the scope of this free general advice forum. As it involves also looking at individual stacks / suitability / external views & even no. of bedroom types.

You wrote: "I have the same question, their is little difference, my bed is kept in vertical position.. If anybody can help it would be very helpful." In my opinion, it is not a concern. It may be a concern if we have seen e.g. Mr Bean "sick" on the bed and the bed happens to collapse upon the sleeper. Then again, I believe, this is quite impossible in the real world or if so, one could easily get out of this predicament.

There are two considerations, here: 1. Common sense 2. "The Grandmother story". 1. Under common sense, IDEALLY, the stove should not be next to or within the bedroom. This is because of several reasons: 1.1. Type of stove. If this is a gas stove. And for any reason; while using the stove; the fire gets extinguished or if the gas valve is not closed properly, then gas can escape and fill the entire bedroom with gas. 1.2. If this is not a gas stove e.g. an induction stove or electric stove; then Para 1.1. will not be of a concern. 2. Under "the grandmother story"; or sometimes based on symbolism; it is said that if a stove faces the bed. This implies that the person may get illness related to "fever" etc... As mentioned, Para 1.1. is more real then Para 2. 3. Ideally, avoid gas-type of stove in the bedroom given that this is a tiny apartment.

In this thread, two concepts under the Compass School of Feng Shui are used to evaluate: How suitable a house is". Under the Compass School: a. Eight House Concept:- This tool is often used to determine: "How suitable is this house? Can or cannot buy?" b. Flying Star Concept. Which is shown under the second thread.

Mr Gerald Giam Yean Song asked the Minister for National Development (a) how many HDB blocks are more than 40 years into their 99-year lease; (b) what will be the value of an HDB flat once it reaches the end of its 99-year lease; (c) what is the average number of flats undergoing redevelopment under the Selective En Bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS) each year for the past 10 years; and (d) whether the pace of SERS is fast enough to redevelop all HDB blocks before they reach the end of their lease. Mr Khaw Boon Wan (The Minister for National Development): The Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS) is part of the Government?s estate renewal strategy for older estates. It allows intensification of land use and revitalises such estates through new developments. At the same time, it offers an opportunity for flat owners to buy a new replacement flat with a fresh 99 year lease. In the last 10 years, SERS has benefitted the owners of about 18,000 flats. As the name suggests, the identification of suitable precincts for SERS is selective. The selection of sites and pace of SERS will depend on factors such as their redevelopment potential, and the availability of replacement sites for rehousing and other resources. Currently, there are about 300 HDB blocks with 31,000 flats which are more than 40 years into their 99-year flat leases. Like all leasehold properties, HDB flats will revert to HDB, the landowner, upon expiry of their leases. HDB will in turn surrender the land to the State. [Source: Singapore Parliament Reports]

One consideration is to check on the Annual Flying Stars. For last year, the sickness star is located at SW. While the misfortune/sickness star was located at the center of the house. And for the later, more disadvantages if the center of the home has open-space.
