Lift Graffiti, uniquely Singapore One can only find such graffiti once in a life-time of each new HDB estate that has just T.O.P. These graffiti will be removed once majority of the residents have moved-in or usually after 6 months of T.O.P.

Adding a slope vs a drop at the edge: This has more to do with preventing a fall; making it both elderly (plus Handicap accessible) and children friendly.

Highline Residences Condo & Shapes and Forms with Flying Star Feng Shui 1. Under Shapes and Forms it is good that this development consists of three point-blocks of flats. 1.1 Point-block flats have it's advantages as air or qi circulates quickly around each block / stack ensuring that all stacks/units are airy. 2. Another good point is that this development faces true-cardinal points of North 0/360 / South 180 degrees / East 90 degrees. 2.1 A safe consideration under Flying Stars Feng Shui. As in some developments the facing direction of a few stacks borderline between e.g. N2 and N3 facing directions. 2.2 Here, even if the stacks are slightly angled this will not cause the stack/unit to fall in between e.g. say N2 or N3. 3. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. 3.2 Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 3.3The S2 facing stacks are by far the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 3.4. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. 3.5. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 3.6 The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 3.7. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred. 4. E2 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the house. This is usually where the kitchen and yard are.

The "Mother" of all Feng Shui Emporium sale is HERE! Stop Patronising “Con” Feng Shui Practitioners Over the years, many individuals have unknowingly become customers of so-called Feng Shui masters whose primary goal is to sell commercial products rather than provide genuine guidance. It’s important to recognize authentic Feng Shui practice and avoid falling for misleading marketing tactics. What to Look Out For 1. Product-Driven Advice Beware of practitioners who insist that you must purchase numerous items or remedies to "enhance" your home or luck. True Feng Shui is rooted in understanding space, orientation, and energy—not shopping for expensive trinkets. 2. Pressure Tactics Question any advice that comes with a sales pitch. Ask yourself, “Do I really need to buy this from you?” Genuine consultants will focus on actionable advice, not on selling products. 3. Lineage Isn’t Everything Some claim prestigious lineages but are more interested in pushing lifestyle products than offering proper Feng Shui solutions. The authenticity of the advice should matter more than lineage or pedigree. Choose Wisely - Seek Knowledge, Not Merchandise: True Feng Shui aims to improve your living environment through practical, holistic evaluation—not commercial sales. - Ask Questions Always clarify whether recommended items are genuinely beneficial or simply profit-driven. A legitimate practitioner welcomes your queries and provides transparent guidance. - Value Genuine Practice: Patronise consultants who focus on tailored advice and insightful analysis rather than those who sell ready-made “solutions.” Final Thoughts Protect yourself and your investments by making informed decisions. Authentic Feng Shui supports your well-being through meaningful recommendations, not merchandise. Let’s raise awareness and encourage ethical practices within the community.

In recent years, some condos have a few stacks/units that have similar (to the attached) layout. However, from a Shapes and Forms and even Flying Star point of view; if the auspicious wealth stars are at the frontage of the unit; having a kitchen at this frontage is inauspicious. Where possible, within this The Poiz and in other developments; try to select "normal" layouts instead of such a layout plan. (If possible). And perhaps, select such layouts as a last resort.

Common sense and a table Sometimes it is best to avoid having a table with just one-leg. This has more to do with common sense. And centre-of-gravity. For example, can a child or person leaning on the side/edge of the table make it topple down? With four legs, this can never happen to a table. But look at the photo.... seems "scary" right?

If one has the time; can do a search at the TOP left frame of this forum for "Holy Trinity of Luck". These are just two examples of earlier resources posted to this forum to give additional flavours of Earth Luck (Feng Shui) and Man or Human Luck factors:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=29&mid=34562&new=?iframe=true http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=17418&new= There are more... if one does further search.

Forest G. wrote:For option B, if it is only for 1 altar. Should I place the altar parallel?to bedroom wall as mentioned by you (altar will face sofa direction) or I can still place the altar there but facing balcony or main door? Please see attachment. The altar can be placed at either B or Y. But avoid the bed-head in bedroom 3 sharing the same wall as the altar. If one frequently lights up joss-sticks; then as mentioned previously, most likely the joss fumes may flow into the various bedrooms. And if family members are often at home... no good for their lungs. And in the long term could be cancerous. Forest G. wrote:By the way, what is the purpose of the small gap / vacuum gap It is inauspicious to have TWO different altars back to back to each other. Thus, under symbolism; a gap? (as a last resort) means that one has to use a separate BACKING for each of the altar. As it is very inaupicious for the Thai god to share the same back panel with Chinese one. If the Thai is a FOUR FACED God then forget about placing them back-to-back even with the gap. Maybe promote the Four faced god to the balcony if there is a roof above it. This is subject to EC-condo approval, thou.

Nowadays, one does not travel alone. And on hoildays, the whole family travels together. You can't tell the father that he is not suitable to travel with the family to Canada. Nor tell the mother that her best destination is Iraq. Or tell each family members to travel separately since A is suitable for the North; B West, C East and D down under.... (South)........ In my opinion, such article if written serves no logic to the family nucleus. The travel site perhaps has run out of ideas on their articles?

These are some considerations: 1. From your layout plan can understand that there are lots of constraints in the placement of one altar already but with two altars... this is a "pure headache". 2. Other than the space constraints; it is correct to say that marking "A" could be a potential "top choice" if not for the air-con unit above it. Not withstanding that it can severely eat into the dining area. Thus, based on this floor plan; "A" is out. 3. Marking "B" would be the next best choice if one has only one altar. And if so, the altar could be placed parallel to the bedroom wall. Or perhaps, one altar is placed, at marking "B" and another location is found for the other altar. 3.1. But if an altar is placed at "B"; and if some family members are at home most of the time e.g. a child studying in the morning and returning home to his/here room could find the "fumes" from the lighted joss flowing into their bedroom. Or a retired parent. (Long term can be cancerous). 3.2. If altar or for that matter; as shown in your diagram; then a bed-head should not be too close to the markings "XX". 4. Marking "C" or "D" is one of those last resort provided there is sufficient space and avoid placing the altar next to or around 1 metre next to the TV / High-fi area. 5. If balcony has a solid wall then "E" is another one of those last, last resort. Since your compass marking shows that there is no afternoon or morning sun-shine to this area. 6. A last resort is like your placement. BUT try to create a small void between the two altars as shown in the illustration: "vacuum gap".png
