Since your home is a landed property, usually, the facing direction is where you usually stand (inside the home) e.g. at the front lawn directly looking outwards of the home especially (it may be the main gate.) 2. Thus, from your description, it does not seem that your facing direction should be taken from your main entrance door direction. 3. Here, for example, if the sector is considered as earth element. It may go both ways: can be #8 good earth for now or #5 or #2 bad earth. Those who had their beds directly above a sewerage pipe has a higher incidence of cancer. 2. In China, this is even older.
