  3. HDB East Brook Canberra and Common sense vs HDB Ghim Moh Edge Precinct Pavilion HDB Ghim Moh Edge's Precinct Pavilion is tucked at the corner of the estate. And even so only visible directly to at most 2nd or 3rd storey of stack 322 and 320.
  4. 1. HDB East Brook Canberra and the Precinct Pavilions: Block 104 and 107. 2. Precinct Pavilionsin HDB neighbourhoods often allow wakes (funeral parlours) to be located, there). 3. Ideally, these precinct pavilions should preferably be discretely located at a corner of the HDBdevelopment. 3.1. In fact, many HDB neighbourhoods do place them at a corner of the development. 4. Frankly, there is nothing wrongwith a wake at the precinct pavilion. But during festive occasions e.g. Chinese New Year; most residents in the estate would not like to see or visually see the "yellow"covers at such pavilions denoting a wake is on. 5. I was able to match the compass bearings exactly for both The Skywoods condo sales brochure with that of streetdirectory.com 3. This development has stacks/units that either face Flying Stars N1 or S1. 4. N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position. 4.1 Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. 4.2 If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. 4.3 The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed. 4.4 S1 The combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area. 4.5 It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies. 4.6 If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector.

Although this is the last two end years of Period 8 Feng Shui.
