These are some considerations: 1. In my opinion, it has more to do with common sense. 2. In this sample illustration; some units in The Triling; the dining table is in full view of the main door. Is this considered inauspicious? 3. Well, this has more to do with common sense then Feng Shui. 3.1. For example, some leave their main door opened and if a passing neighbour walks by while one is eating; some don't feel easy with others looking at their dining table or during dinner time. 3.2. Another common sense is: "1st impression counts!" 3.2.1. Here, some people stack their dining table with lots of "junk" or "litter" their dining table with lots of items. Thus, when a visitor visits a home; the first thing they see is a pile of "rubbish" stacked on the dining table. 3.3. In this example, there is also a breakfast table. 3.3.1 In Feng Shui, I is told not to place sharp objects on this table immediately to the right of this illustration. 3.3.2 Here, if a robber or thief (opportunist) were to gain access into the home; and if they see a knife or sharp object readily available on the breakfast table; may use it to threaten those in that unit. 4. Thus, sometimes, sometime relating to common sense can turn out to be regarded as "Inauspicious in the name of Feng Shui". You and I know that with or without Feng Shui, there is often an origin to it due to common sense, also.

1. Please ignore the rest of the information on the attachment. 2. Only look at the area highlighted in YELLOW. 3. In a modern interpretation of the passive "protection" stealth-mode; often a thick piece of granite or marble protrudes slightly out of the raised floor tile. Please see marking in RED "A".
-
1. Various photos showing the non-intrusive (stealth-mode) semi-circular arch radiating outwards such as a piece of carpet radiating outwards. 2. Another "possible" stealth-mode is the use of e.g.full stainless steelgrille gate with strategic pieces of"reflective"plates on the stainless steel grille gate. (Much like "mirrors" built into the grille gate). 3. Please note that what I mentioned above underPara 1and 2 areconsidered modern interpretations to the "bagua vs bagua"scenario where "they hang a ba gua, I have to hang another".
-
Thanks for the photo. 1. I was trying to figure out the centre mirror is concave or convex? 2. There are various options involved: 2.1. Of course, ideally, in order not to spark a ba gua war; some do speak to their neighbour. But I understand, this may not be practical at all. 2.2. The best long term solution is try to e.g. get wife to make friends with the neighbour. And afterwards, maybe; get them to remove it. But, of course, this may be easier said than done. 3. Usually, it is a tit for tat. If they place a flat or convex mirror; then one should in return hang a concave mirror and vice versa. 4. Some geomancers only insists on Para 3. 5. Other methods MAY include: placing a semi circular floor mat radiating outwards or the front floor step that is semi-circular or even protruding. You may have to use the SEARCH feature in this forum to check out past "methods".

These are some considerations: 1. Feng Shui is Feng Shui. 2. While Oro Plata Mata is native to Philippines. And if I understand the words correctly it simply means : Gold, Silver and Death (3rd step). 3.Please note that your resource on Feng Shui is based on my past postings. 4. While this every 3rd step e.g. 3, 6, 9, 12 of that Oro Plata Mata (whatever) is nothing to do with the Chinese culture. 5. Thus, I have say this: go somewhere else and seek advice on that matter.

These are some considerations: 1. In my opinion, it is not practical to comment on a pure black and white (flat surface) outline. 2. As there are many serious considerations: 2.1. So what if it is facing a "river". 2.2 As if I am not mistaken, in a highly populated area(s) many rivers MAY not support life. Thus, is the river you mentioned full of "live" or full of those smelly pollutants or even raw sewerage? This outweighs any other considerations be it within or end of a jade belt etc.... 2.3 The terrain of your home vis-?-vis neighbourhood built ups and inclusive of drainage from the property + your property in relation to service road(s) or even cul-de-sac etc... 3. Seriously, since you are in Malaysia and if you want to do an on-site Feng Shui, it is best to do so; by going to say a geomancer in e.g. KL. 3.1. Even in an off-site audit; we still need to look at as much photos of the "four sides" etc... 4. Thus, it is no point if on paper it looks OK. But if it is not a river but a sewerage "pot" then this may not be good Feng Shui. Given that somewhere along the river; some hawker stall(s) are spewing dirty liquid into the river.

The moment one step onto the first step to the 2nd floor landing should be counted.

Majority of the stacks/apartments in The Gale either face Period 8 N3 or S3. For units facing N3, it is considered a "pity" that the double current prosperity stars #8 are wasted at the kitchen area. Thus, other than Shapes and Forms; from a Flying Star point of view; S3 facing apartments in The Gale are suppose to have better qi then N3 facing units. Additional Workings

You wrote: "I remember reading in a Bazi book that the best 10 luck years of my life were from 2012-2022?" Unfortunately, most likely that Bazi book you mentioned, perhaps gave you the wrong reading of your Heaven Chart(Ba Zi). Please see attachment of your ba zi. Wishing you the Very Best of Luck! Take Care!

Most importantly, when eyeing a potential new development; We should take a step-back and check for any Major issues especially under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui:- 1. Where is the afternoon sun? 2. In this example: D'Nest condo. Although it is good to have the various blocks+stacks in a wavy formation. 2.1 But do take note that often too many "wavy-forms" may result in the "porcupine effect". 2.2 Please see attachment: Dnest1.gif 2.3 I have marked "suspected" poison arrow(s) of neighbouring unit corners that MAY be aimed to wards another stack and vice-versa. 3. Do keep in mind, if the next time, you do like a development shaped in this manner: tightly packed wavy-concentric forms. What could be worse is a corner of another unit pointed towards one's living room / balcony area!

Attached is the planning of Villas, Hotel and Country Club to the North-East of this project. The planning takes into consideration: entry into the resort, parking spaces; individual buildings, site of clusters of villas etc... for a full functional Country Club facility.

Major Chinese cities in the past were planned according to Feng Shui principles. For example: Beijing (Peking). Enclosed is just one of the few planning projects that I have done. For example in the attachment, I have planned for an entire new town in Vietnam. You can see an example of allocation of roads; residential, business, public amenities and even future LRT line(s). And believe me, Feng Shui starts BIG. And just compare it with those useless products in the name of Feng Shui - to enrich the sellers and burn a hole in the pocket of their "vicitims". When the BUYING stops, the SELLING can!

Thank you for sharing the photos. Frankly, I am not an expert in this area. My guess is this set should most probably made approximately in the early 1950's or after 1945 to between 1960's. This is a rather slim set of deites as opposed to (in my opinion) more recent ones after 1970's which are "fatter". Frankly not too sure about the price today. In Singapore, there are pockets of shops.

Please don't think that Feng Shui is just about products, products and more products, only. This simple illustration shows the practical approach to Feng Shui:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/A_Practical_Approach_to_Feng_Shui%2C_Today

Always remember: "Why are there so many different practises". Draws a Red Flag! Put on your thinking cap and visualise if there are any hidden motives (if any).

If one has the time, one can go through this resource:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=32133 The above can be seen as drawing a parallel to what you had written. Till today, no one can provide a concrete date that the God of Wealth will appear in one's home. Furthermore, as to how many Gods of Wealth and visiting dates; there are so many conflicting stories. Ain't it similar in nature to your confusion of so many different advices on the placement of the pi yao? Again, let me remind all that; if one again comes across a similar situation e.g. how to place a three-legged toad etc... Do remember that you had entered into the realm of "make-believe". In a make believe situation: Anything GOES...

You wrote: "May I seek your advice on how to correctly put a pi yao for tai sui as there were different saying on placing pi yao for tai sui. Some say place it at SE for this year and another say place opposite affected area and face tai sui. Which is true?" One can place one pi yao, two pi yaos, place it facing affected area, face away from tai sui, place it at SE. What does all these tell you? For me, IT IS TELLING! All these make-believes does not make ONE RIGHT! A person with a keen eye can after understanding what I said above, separate the grass from the weeds. Please don't be fooled by buying such useless products: Place it left, right, top, bottom is not gonna make any difference at all! The only people laughing to the bank are those selling these products are very high mark-ups! Buy them if you like decorative pieces.. otherwise, steer clear of them. Don't fall for such CON tricks.

These are some considerations: 1. Under the Tai Sui or Grand Duke concept, it is best not to "disturb" him. Thus, ideally, avoid noise and renovations at this area. 1.2 Unless there is a dark hallway (be it whether tai sui is there is irrelevant); then perhaps for safety reasons, that location is lighted up. 1.3 Otherwise, the saying goes "to each his own". Light up or don't light up is up to the individual so long as it does not "make noise" at SE. 2. You wrote: "May I seek your advice on how to correctly put a pi yao for tai sui as there were different saying on placing pi yao for tai sui. Some say place it at SE for this year and another say place opposite affected area and face tai sui. Which is true?" 2.1 Just earlier this year, some one wrote in asking which day for her to "pray" to the God of Wealth. 2.2 I mentioned to her that the best CLUE gleam is that since there are so many people who voiced so many different dates on when the God of Wealth would arrive e.g. some say he will arrive on the eve of Chinese New Year, others say on the 5th day of Chinese New Year and more. 2.3 It is very similar to what you wrote. ry 3. All have no exact clue and thus give conflicting information is that what you wrote above in RED is a modern invention. 3.1. Thus one can place, here, there etc... implies that all this is real BULLSHIT! These are all bull-shit commercial products in the name of whatever! CON, CON and got CON! 3.2. If there is a REAL position, then there should not be so many contradictory statements to the effect. 4. The simple truth is : "When the buying stops, the selling can!". Overtime, many of such rubbish products collects dusts and thrown away!

These are some considerations: 1. Yes:a. Logo Colors: White and Gold andb. Logo Shape: Roundmay be considered for your company logo. 2. As to "be good business partners" 2.1. One has to understand that the Chinese Holy Trinity of luck consists of 3 types of luck: 2.1.1 Heaven Luck (Born with) 2.1.2 Earth Luck (Earth luck) 2.1.3 Human or Man Luck (Relationship) 2.2. Each of the above comprise 33.3% each of the total luck = 100% 2.2 Your ba zi elements: Strong Earth and Strong Woodwere derived from your Heaven Luck. In general, the partner who is a Wood element would especially benefit from this relationship as Wood gets it's nourishment from the Earth (Strong Earth partner). 2.3 Please note that besides Para 2.2; other factors include: Earth Luck (Luck from home and office - if any) and Human or Man Luck factors e.g. your dealings with each other, education, upbringing etc.. These two factors along account for 66.666 percent of all the total luck. As it is, for now, we call this area a total unknown. 2.3.1 Thus even if both of you are say compatible under Para 2.2; this only accounts for 33.3 percent out of a total of 100%. ON it's own, this can still record as FAIL.
