  5. " My name is Daniel and i'm 17 years old. I live in New Zealand, located in the Southern Hemisphere. Today life is worth a million dollars. Yesterday it was only worth 2 cents. I can list a million things to tell you what feng shui has done to me in the last few weeks.... The information in the site is VERY VERY ACCURATE. without this site i think feng shui would die out because people won't trust it anymore. Best of luck to everyone. And make sure you apply whatever it is correctly and always monitor the changes because the little things can be disasterous. Thank you for the effort you guys are doing to making this world a better place." Dan, New Zealand
  6. " I read about some exceptional experience with Feng Shui, I have my fair share of unpleasant experience with the so called Feng Shui expert , who visited my apartment and advice of various changes. To be fair with him, there were some improvement in my family life particularly my wife and son. The main problem with the expert is the unwillingness to share his knowledge , not even to paying customer ! When the consultation period was over, it is even more difficult to extract anymore Feng Shui knowledge from him. I have paid quite a few hundreds and all I get are instructions without explanation. I have no idea which "house" I belong, what is my "bai zi" , where are the good direction etc. I have read a few books by Lillian Too on DIY feng shui but I am always doubtful whether it is the right interpretation and whether I have applied correctly. Having found this site was a blessing because now I can have someone to guide me along. Please keep up the great work. " Ang Jen
  7. Dear Cecil " I contacted Robert and you initially in November last year, having gone through an 18month period of never ending bad luck. I also had an arm injury, which would not heal after a year. Absolutely nothing would go right for me, not even the simplest most trivial thing. I then found that finances were a problem. As recommended I completed a Flying Star report, and a Pillars of Destiny Report, and followed all the recommendation and cures. I also received allot of advice from your Free Advise service, and read all the previous messages for tips. I am delighted to report that the string of bad luck has now been broken, and I have gone back to normal, which is brilliant. I can?t thank you both enough. Finances are also satisfactory, so I can now work hard and strive to achieve greater things. I will always remember your kindness, it was most encouraging. I will try to use your example, and help other people when they are in need and maybe I can do something to help. Many thanks. " Regards Liz Cooper
  8. Dear Cecil & Robert, Your home plus self is probably the best and most practical way for me to apply Feng Shui to my home and for my family! My luck has changed and now I am able to finally take control of my life! Many, Many Thanks! Brian Weiss, Miami
  9. Dear Peck Wun, Please see below:- Under Shapes and Form Feng Shui, there is not much one can do unless one occupies another room. Usually, in such a situation:- 1. Always get the Shapes and Form of the placement of the interior of the bedroom right. For example, where ever possible, see if the bed can be on the opposite wall of the bedroom door. Or have the bed head placed against a solid wall. 2. This depends on the individual. But often, Flying Star Feng Shui is used to evaluate this and other rooms to neutralise any Sha Qi if any. The limited cures are either:- 1. Placement of a mirror on the wall to create a symbolic `extension'. 2. Placement or either a wind chime or a crystal at the corner or at the edge. These are so far the two most common approaches. For the stove, if it cannot be placed based on one's favourable direction, then, placement should be in accordance with Shapes and Form Feng Shui. The crucial aspect here is if one is not sure, use or purchase a stove with the knobs pointing to the sky. If the stove, faces inwards of the house, then it is advantages to have the knobs on the side of the stove (with the knobs pointing inwards). Here, you may need to apply the concept: If it cannot be seen it no longer becomes a threat. Thus, you can consider the use of a day curtain (white) or a window blind. Usually, plants are used to slow down the Sha Qi from a long corridor. Warmest Regards, Cecil
  10. Dear Leah, 1. Often two Feng Shui Schools can be looked at with regards to a water position e.g. aquarium. 2. The most general form is based on the Shapes and Form Feng Shui. Here, ideally, the water position should be found in a `clear space' location. Commonly, it should (commonsense) approach be placed especially an aquarium against a wall such as the living room or surrounding or even close the main door if there is sufficient space. 3. The most popular advise provided by Feng Shui practitioners is to relate a water position to the directions. For example, you have mentioned that it is considered good to place it e.g. such as East or SE (Wood Element), North (Water) etc... 4. Again this is generally an acceptable way at looking at the placement of a water position. 5. Therefore, in both of the two cases: based on Shapes and Form and Specific directions associated with an element, these are the two most common approach or advise given on water positions. 6. You have mentioned Year 2003. With regards to this, when the Year always `crop-up' it then is associated with the `Time dimensions' of Feng Shui. 7. Here, we have to put a face to this. And this is thus based on the Flying Star Feng Shui. 8. One of the important concept in the Flying Star Feng Shui is that of the birth date of the house. 9. When was the house built or had a major renovation? For example, if the house was built between 1984 to-date (and not exceeding lunar calendar year 2003), then this house is considered as built under Period 7. 10. What happens if there is a major renovation done? If the house was built between 1964 to 1983 (Period 6). But subsequently, there was a major renovation in say 1990. Then, this means that the house now becomes a Period 7 house. 11. To answer your question: So long as there are NO MAJOR renovations done to the house from 2003 onwards, the house will continue to have e.g. a Period 7 status. Or no change in birth chart. 12. Thus, whatever Flying Star analysis done as a Period 7 house will remain unchanged even after Period 8 or 9 etc... 13. Therefore, any attempts to activate water positions under Period 7 with recommendations on the placement of Water position will continue to remain there. Warmest Regards, Cecil
  11. 1. As mentioned earlier, a butterfly's life span is very short. 2. Do you know how long it lives? 3. Yes / No? In fact, on the average, a typical butterfly has a lifespan of only TWO WEEKs. (Yes, 2 short weeks or a fortnight). 4. Can u imagine that? This is why, butterfly buildings (SYMBOLICALLY) are not favoured in Feng Shui. Warmest Regards, Cecil
  12. Dear Anon, In my opinion, it is very difficult to depend on a compass to determine all these stars that you had mentioned. Frankly, if this is the case, a book on " Secrets of Wealth, Relationships Revealed " may come in a paperback. If there is such an authentic book, then, in my opinion, it would be the hottest seller outselling books like the bible. But unfortunately, a holistic approach is a better bet. All of us in our lifetime have taken examinations since young. And we all know that the `clue' here is simply put -- to score maximum marks in the various sections of the paper. Holisic Feng Shui is also like this. And one should take into account the best practises of most of the concepts that can work for MOST people. By doing so, we have a higher chance of success. Else, we can be running in a vicious cycle. Warmest Regards, Cecil
  13. Dear Anon, For business and Feng Shui, a few questions may need to be looked at:- "Have you changed anything with regards to the home or office location? If not, then, there is a less chance that Feng Shui is involved ". But if one has changed the above or if there are other signs such as constant disagreements etc.. If things still remain status quo on the above, then, more likely it is due to business `fluctuations' relating to the nature of your business, cyclical - downs. Another look at your business is: How are my competitors in similar industries doing? If usually, the home or office has not changed significantly, then look more closely at the nature of your work / marketing arena. Warmest Regards, Cecil
  14. Dear Anon, It is always considered a `disadvantage' to have missing corners in a home. And there can be other significance not necessarily with regards to `recognition'. Yes, there are a few known cures and some of this include:- 1. Using a mirror to `extend' a missing corner. However, this option is best looked at in relation to Compass School Feng Shui. Here, a mirror is considered a double `edged sword': if the particular location in question is auspicious, then it can bounce back twice the good luck. But if it si an inauspicous sector, it can bounce back twice the bad luck. 2. For a landed property, there are more options. Here, the idea is to symbolically, add an outline e.g. or do landscaping such that an aerial view (top-down) we can see the profile of the missing corner covered by the landscaped outline. For a landed property adding a `street lamp' at the corner is another viable situation. 3. Within the home, an alternative cure could range between eg.. the placement of a crystal or wind chime. This is usually looked at after a diagnose or audit done. Warmest Regards, Cecil
  15. Dear Anon, 1. If your daughter has often has health problems, and staying all the time in your existing home, proper use of Feng Shui should be able to look at and diagnose the problem. 2. In my opinion, I also had a few cases, perhaps, one may call it a coincidence, but in these two homes, where there is a large missing corner at SE, and where, the couple had daugthers, -- perhaps, I have to say that it is a real coincidence... that it matched your situation. 3. In my opinion, the main concern is the missing corner. And it can be compounded by the wrong stars flying at the sector. Usually, the problem or issue here is the missing corner and it can be difficult to re-dress. Cures vary depending on the layout plan. Without, further analysis, one option could be the placement of a 6-rod windchime at the corner or edge between the missing sector. Warmest Regards, Cecil
  16. Dear Yang Ming, 1. In my opinion, even if we are unable to keep a distance of 2 feet or more, it is not a worrying concern, as symbolically, we can still keep smaller distances. 2. In many of the previous queires related to the same topic as yours, there are many people who have also faced same problems and even a distance or gap of a few centremetres is still ok. 3. Depending on your layout plan, where possible the kitchen should not be too close to the door, if the knobs on the stove point towards or out of it. 4. The main objective of this `exercise' is to try and keep the warmth in the home. It also depends on the compass direction of the kitchen. If the kitchen is situated in the fire direction or South, then it is still ok to have the situation as mentioned by you. The sole purpose is the concept of trying to keep warmth.. in. If the kitchen is in the north, then, it would be better for the knobs to face skywards. As north is considered a water position and `cold'. Therefore, if your kitchen is not in this location but elsewhere i.e. east, south, west etc... then it is still ok. Warmest Regards, Cecil
  17. Dear Tony, Usually, in most instances, each home or sector can be influenced by `seasonal' Feng Shui. Here, most probably, the wrong set of `stars' either congregate at your bedroom or a combination of some bad stars are around. Most likely this is the case. And depending on the combination of stars, it may be the monthly or yearly star combinations. Or alternatively, it has been a known fact that watercoures or even water close-by could emit minute traces of e.g. positive ions. Which is not beneficial to the body. We call this `invisible' vapours. While negative ions are beneficial, positive ions, similar to this situation in the long term may not be ideal:- Reference: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/art/art-under.htm The chances of sleeping close to water positions / pipes need to be look at on a cautious side. If your bed is next to a toilet wall, ideally, try to sleep further away. If this is physically not possible, then try at least to keep a gap between the head bed and the toilet wall. Warmest Regards, Cecil
  18. Dear Anon, If your bedroom is in the East and that your house has been either built within 1984 to-date or any major renovation of an existing home within this period, most likely, the house will be affected by this " Five Yellow " star. The cure usually depends on the Flying Star Feng Shui analysis and the direction of your main entrance door direction. Under the Flying Star Feng Shui, there are a total of 24 directions. And a house main door depending on its direction can be situated at anyone of the 24 directions. Most of the Period 7 house have a compounding problem where the 20 year flying star may have " Bad Five Yellow " and coincidentally, another Bad Five Yellow `resides' at the same location. In most situations, the cure would range between placement of one 6 rod metal windchime to a combination it with 6 coins. Warmest Regards, Cecil

  20. This site exposes such e-mail fraud:- http://www.crimes-of-persuasion.com/Nigerian/abacha.htm From the 419 Coalition web site are these tips: The Five Rules for Doing Business with Nigeria 1. NEVER pay anything up front for ANY reason. 2. NEVER extend credit for ANY reason. 3. NEVER do ANYTHING until their check clears. 4. NEVER expect ANY help from the Nigerian Government. 5. NEVER rely on YOUR Government to bail you out. From: alhaji suleiman abubakar Subject: Urgent Solicitation Date: Fri, 12 Apr 2002 17:27:49 +0200 ALHAJI SULEIMAN ABUBAKAR. Lagos, Nigeria FAX NO: 234 1 7594693 PrivateAddress:suleiman_abubakar1@consultant.com or suleiman_abubakar1@mail.com ATTN.: THE MANAGING DIRECTOR / C. E. O. REQUEST FOR URGENT (CONFIDENTIAL BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP OF THE TRANSFER OF US$45,560,000.00 (FORTY FIVE MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED AND SIXTY THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS ONLY). I hope this letter will not embarrass you since we have not had any previous communication. I got your reference from your country's trade department under private enquiry that is not related to my aim of writing you this letter and went further to have it confirmed by the Nigeria Exports Promotion Council(NEPC). I, on behalf of my other colleagues from different Federal Government of Nigeria owned parastatals decided to solicit your assistance as regards the transfer of the above stated amount into your bank account. This fund arose from the over-invoicing of various contracts awarded in my parastatals to certain foreign contractors some time ago. We as holders of official positions in various parastatals, were mandated by this new civilian government to scrutinize all payments made to certain foreign contractors by the past Military Government and we discovered that some of the contracts they executed were grossly over-invoiced, either by omission or commission. Also we discovered that the sum of $65,560,000.00 (Sixty-Five Million, Five Hundred and Sixty Thousand United States Dollars Only) was lying in a suspense account, although the foreign contractors were fully paid their entitlements after executing the said contracts. We all agreed that the over-invoiced amount be transferred (for our own use) into a bank account provided by a foreign partner, as the code of conduct of the Federal Civil Service does not allow us to operate foreign accounts. However, we have succeeded in transferring some of these money, precisely US$20,000,000.00 (Twenty Million United States Dollars Only) into a foreign account in GENEVA (SWITZERLAND). But unfortunately, the provider of the account has severed all forms of contacts with us as he has refused to adhere to our earlier mutual agreement insisting that the total amount be paid into his nominated bank account before disbursement will take effect. If for US$20M (Twenty Million United States Dollars Only) we are not compensated, how can one guarantee full compensation on remittance of the balance of US$45.560M (Forty-Five Million, Five Hundred and Sixty Thousand United States Dollars Only). We are therefore seeking your assistance based on the balance amount of US$45.560M, which can be speedily processed and fully remitted into your nominated bank account. On successful remittance of the fund into your account, you will be compensated with 25% of the amount for assistance and services and 5% set aside for expenses contingency. This transaction is closely knitted and in view of our SENSITIVE POSITION we cannot afford a slip, I assure you that this transaction is 100% risk free. We will avail you with our identities as regards our respective offices, when relationship is fully established and smooth operation commences. I am at your disposition to entertain any question(s) from you in respect of this transaction, so contact me immediately through the above private email addresses( Presidency & mail) and fax number for further information on the requirements and procedure. Please note that the DEAL needs utmost confidentiality and your immediate response will be highly appreciated and we will use our own share of the money to establish a lucrative business in your country. Please you should contact me immediately with your private fax and telephone numbers where further details in respect to this transaction would be sent to. Yours truly, ALHAJI SULEIMAN ABUBAKAR.
  21. Note: The full edited Case Study is found here:- http://sg.geomancy.net/about/location-mainpage/location-mainpage.htm This is a continuation of Part I: Site location of Geomancy.net office and Part II: Case Study of Geomancy.net Office. (These postings are also in this same conference. Just a few messages below.) This picture shows the walk-up entrance to our office. You will also notice the greenery that often attracts birds and butterflies. (Sometimes the dreaded .... honet bee). But often the honet bee does no harm; in-fact, they help polinate the plants and flowers in our garden. In addition, there are lots of flowers growing and usually, it is good to grow plants - and auspicious if they do flower... In addition, the plants in the office environment grows well... And we really love to look at them while we sometimes take breaks in the garden... There are actually more plants such as Curry Leaf plant, Bay leaf, Parsley, Pandan Leaf and many other herbs. These are quite therapeutic, especially after completion of our audits, talks and also answering to Help Desk and the website. One unfortunate thing in Singapore, is that because of land scarcity, there are limited areas to choose both work and play. I believe, if you are in the US, this is really nothing... I do agree... We do hope to share with you, our environment, as I type.. I can hear the lovely sound of birds and butterfly coasting in and out. One secret ingredient in Feng Shui is the plants. With plants, we often get birds. And nature is the best form of relaxation. Life is short so, we have chosen a lifestyle, away from the hustle of urban traffic and the `rat race'. One day, if you do visit Singapore, you can even drop in for a swim! with me!
  22. Note: The full edited Case Study is found here:- http://sg.geomancy.net/about/location-mainpage/location-mainpage.htm This is a continuation of Part I: Site location of Geomancy.net office. Refer to this same conference in a few most recent forum message. 1. As promised, here are more pictures of why this location was chosen for Geomancy.net's office. 2. As mentioned in the earlier e-mail, the office is located in Yio Chu Kang, a sub-urban area. This location is considered as the one of the most auspicious locations as it is the only `Cricket' land in Singapore. In the paranomic view (attached), you will find:- 2.1 The office location is actually in a Resort Condominium location. 2.2 This creates the ambience for both Robert and myself to innovate and work in a serene enviroment. 2.3 Unlike other competitors, we decided on such a wholesome living, in the mist of greenery, full resort living, swimming pool etc... We feel that work and play can come together! 2.4 In the picture, you will notice a basin like location. 2.5 You will also find that the roof of this development is pretty good because we chose it as it provides protection e.g. triangular roofs pointing outwards. 2.6 We are also at the ground level and a walk into our office is like in the picture shown in Part I. 2.7 The water position in the pictures: You will see that it is water flowing in to-wards the development. In fact, we totally enjoy our new environment! Warmest Regards, Cecil
  23. Dear Yew-Meng, 1. Overall, the chief concern of the White-Tiger is in-effect symbolism. 2. Here, the worst senario is to have a water position "above it". Especially a circular pool or pond. 3. One can than imagine, the `flat' pool of water as simply the open `hungry' mouth of the tiger. This is inauspicious as it `needs food' or nurishment. 4. As for the underground electricial cables, in my opinion, I feel that it is not a threat at all. The White tiger is not exactly bad. We are more concerned with it's upper part of the body i.e. the head (especially it's mouth) that can do the most damage. Warmest Regards, Cecil
