  11. Hilliview Regency Condo by Far East Site plan
  12. Hillington Green is a large, low to mid rise condominium along Hillview Avenue in District 23 of Singapore. It is a 999 year leasehold project completed around 2002, developed by a Far East Organization company, with a strong reputation as a family friendly estate with generous grounds. Feng Shui is based on Period 7 - 1984 to 2003 with wealth luck, today adjusted to current Period 2024 till 2043. Key characteristics - Unit count and layout - About 500 plus units spread over several blocks - Mix of 2 to 4 bedroom apartments and larger units, generally more spacious than many newer launches - Suitable for families who value space and a quieter residential environment - Location and transport - Located in the Hillview private residential enclave, near Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and Dairy Farm area - Within walking distance to Hillview MRT on the Downtown Line, offering direct access to the CBD and other key nodes - Close to amenities such as HillV2, The Rail Mall, and short drives to Bukit Panjang and Beauty World areas for more shopping and dining - Facilities and environment - Full condo facilities: multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, clubhouse, function rooms, BBQ pits, playgrounds, and 24 hour security - Large, green compound with a resort like feel, appealing to residents who enjoy greenery and outdoor space - Generally quiet, with predominantly private housing in the surrounding area - Resident profile and positioning - Popular with own stay families, especially those with school going children, due to space and facilities - Also sees demand from tenants who like the balance of greenery, space, and MRT access - Not as close to the city as core central region condos, but offers better value in terms of size and environment Overall, Hillington Green is typically seen as a mature, spacious, and greenery rich condo in the Hillview area, offering strong livability for families who prioritise space, tranquility, and nature access, while still having reasonable connectivity via the Downtown Line. +++ Hillington Green Condo at Hillview Site plan
