HDB's May 2017 new launch of flats
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Singapore Property Review
This plot reminds me of the Tip or apex of Upper Serangoon Road. Where around 3 or 4 years ago the last few developments had maxed out the apex of Upper Serangoon Road e.g. HDB Hougang Capeview. Both this plot and HDB Hougang Capeview have in common is that they are on the "morning sun side". This Yishun plot is also at apex of Yishun Ave 1 before it turns towards Seletar west aerospace industry. Thanks to the Seletar Highway..and Seletar aerospace industry the accessibility to this site is a plus point. The difference is that water view units would have to content with Yishun Ave 1 /Ave 8 traffic noise. But a wonderful morning view of Lower Seletar Reservoir. Once this site is up; majority of the once virgin land at the upper stretch of Yishun Avenue 1 would be almost built-up. Good Luck to all new purchases of these four new plots. Overall, there four plots don't look too bad based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. In particular the Marsiling plot is squarish. Except that one has to be more careful of units close-by to the petrol station and the spine of the cross on a church. As this can be considered as a poison arrow. -
HDB's May 2017 new launch of flats

Geylang Plot: Although this site is within Geylang zone; but at best it should be called the borderline fringe. As in my opinion; it seems to be closer to the electorial boundary of Mountbatten (f I am not mistaken) As the major point of entry is from Old Airport Road / Mountbatten vs Guillemard. Next to the vacant former 1st SIR camp. Overall, location, location and location.. worth looking into.. -
The four locations for May 2017's launch: 1. Yishun 2. Marsiling 3. Bidadari (Toa Payoh-Potong Pasir) 4. Geylang These two are less attractive:

Nan Hua High School's Block 41 has a roof-line that could be a potential poison arrow aimed towards The Clementi Canopy's Tower 16's specific storey. Depending on the height of each individual storey of either Nan Hua High and The Clementi Canopy; it may slice towards one of the storeys. Best to see that it is not a threat; if one collects the keys and suddenly confronted with a flat roof-line. Sample shows the recently launched Park Place Residences roof-line. A visit to the site (Clementi Avenue 1) should give a good indicator of the sha qi (poison arrow) if any from the roof-line. Such roof-lines symbolises a blade. Hopefully, it is not aimed towards a unit's wndows or balcony openings (if any).

NE1 facing: Tower 16: with stacks 02, 03, 04 and 05 with Tower 18: 08, 09 & 10. These stacks has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Particularly stack #08 is considered the most auspicious. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised. SW1 with Tower 16: 01 and 06 and Tower 18: 07 11, 12, 13. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water especially stacks 01 and 06. Or alternatively activate a water position at the balcony area. As such overall, the unit can activate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations.

HDB Senja Heights BTO launched in May 2016
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Singapore Property Review
Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui if given a choice: HDB Senja Heights is preferred over HDB Senja Valley. Here, Senja Valley is next to the busy / noisy Kranji Expressway. A headache if one's unit is facing this noisy expressway. Any day, I would still prefer HDB Senja Heights because of the above. -

Senja Heights Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans senja-heights.pdf HDB Senja Heights is a small estate of 552 units close to the fringe of Bukit Panjang's West-NW sector. Fortunately, it is buffered by a future park and future HDB high-rise residental estates. As these estates are just next to Kranji Expressway (noisy). The facing directions are either N3 or S3 facing stacks/units. N3 Stacks/units 301, 303, 281, 283, 309, 311 313 & 315 has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S3 Stacks 285, 287, 289, 291 305, 307, 317 and 319 and above N3 stacks are better suited to East group persons. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. 2. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 3. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.

Park Place Residences @ Paya Lebar
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Singapore Property Review
Please check with your geomancer. As this development is influenced by Shapes and Forms Feng Shui: Water classics As distinctively there is a canal flowing past this development. Caveat Emptor! -
Part 2: Why many geomancers automatically consider it auspicious or good that there is a swimming pool especially if it is at the frontage of a home (landed or apartment) This is by virtue that normally, nothing else is built above the pool of water. Thus as a result = clear space. Clear space is an added bonus if a unit facing a pool of water as the "Bright Hall" effect is larger i.e. much more wider space. As compared to a home that faces another building or lots of trees in it's immediate frontage. You wrote: is this considered as poison arrow to the unit and can the swimming pool in front dispel the negative energy? Thus to answer your question: NO. In fact, a swimming pool in front means that there may be nothing to block a poison arrow or edge of another building. However, several factors need to be taken into consideration: 1. Distance between the two blocks. 2. Where is the edge of the neighbour's block/stack aimed at? An opening of one's unit? Yes/No.
-
Part 1: Sample illustration from the recently launched Park Place Residences at Paya Lebar Such club-house / facilities flat-roof lines is like a horizontal guillotine. What is the impact? Depending on the distance of the roof-line to the nearest block/stack; it may in fact be a poison arrow or "guillotine" aimed towards e.g. a unit's opening such as a window or balcony.
