Part 1: Eco Sanctuary @ Chestnut avenue - Which units are lucky?
Tree House block 60’s afternoon sun facing wall.. The wall’s creepers highlighted by the red arrow of block 60 facing the afternoon sun has grown nicely. Most importantly, it cools down the walls. Thus preventing heat from oozing into the master bedrooms..kudos to the architects.

Feng Shui of Sims Urban Oasis: - Which units are lucky today?
1. Many new condos and ECs that has large balconies end up becoming clothes drying areas. 2. Strictly speaking, under many of these development’s by-laws; this is strictly prohibited. As the idea is that external balconies or views comes under common property guidelines. 3. However, there is no longer any control as nearly every other households either hand their clothes at the balconies or place large clothes hanger frames, there. 4. Looks like the first development that purposely built cloths hanging racks at the balcony side. But partially covered it with vertical strips to hide them. 5. Will not stop residents hanging clothes still at the balconies but at least they have tried or made the effort, here.

I am thinking of putting a shoe cabinet near the entrance of my house and I am worried if the position of the cabinet will affect the Feng Shui of my entrance
This topic is subjective; a very traditional geomancer may consider certain practices completely unacceptable. From a practical standpoint, many homes, including landed properties, often place shoe cabinets outside the main entrance rather than only inside. It is generally advised that if shoes are stored above waist level, the cabinet doors should not have louvres extending higher than the waist. Ultimately, there is no exact science or strict rule for shoe cabinet placement. Typically, a width of 40cm is considered Feng Shui-friendly.
