Further to what I had mentioned; in most industries a triage is important. In many instances; I mentioned A & E; where the french word Triage originated. For all modern vehicles; there is an ODB port; often located near to the dasboard. When a vehicles goes for servicing or troubleshooting; don't the Service engineer plug in and connect a laptop; to check for error codes? Without such a Triage how to determine exact problem?

Hi, Basically, Feng Shui is not a religion, and therefore it has nothing to do with statues or “statue worship.” Feng Shui is both an art (Shapes and Form) and a science (Compass School: Eight House and Flying Star). For those who are not aware, the Dragon Horse and Dragon Turtle statues come from two stories about how Fu Xi, a Chinese emperor, discovered the Luo Shu grid. This grid is the mathematical formula used to derive the Flying Star base numbers, as well as the water and mountain stars. The URL for this story is: http://www.geomancy.net/fs/tortise.htm Similarly, the Flying Horse (Dragon Horse) comes from another story about a different pattern fo…

Dear Emily, Please see below:- 1. Honestly, this really isn’t a problem. 2. When you take over a new house or apartment, you’re not considered fully moved in yet. 3. And yes, it’s quite unrealistic to leave a wall or flooring completely untouched. It’s not practical at all – and it does feel a bit silly to try! 4. This is why choosing auspicious dates is another key success factor in Feng Shui. 5. The two most important dates are: 5.1. Picking a good date to start renovations. 5.2. Choosing the date for moving in. 6. Once an auspicious date for starting renovations is selected, the contractor can begin work even in the Tai Sui …

Appended by Cecil: A photo tells a thousand words. Text and more text... hmmm.. The opening (walking into the cube) is not in direct line of hallway/clear glass conference room. Is the opening we want to refer to in Feng Shui the one we step through into the space? The hall and the clear glass conference room hits the side of my face (partially blocked by cube wall/ computer monitor).

1. I already explained why it’s important to place it on the outside of the door first, and why it was later taken in and put the right way up. 2. Everything else is completely up to you. If you still feel good about what you’re doing and have, or can, justify what you believe is good, then go ahead with it. 3. For things like this, there really are no right or wrong answers. Yin Long L. wrote: Thanks Master Cecil. My follow up question is, is leaving them upside down from inside the home (inside the main door)causes a leak in fortune? I have the idea that the Chinese word for 'arrive' and 'upside down' is "Dao," so it is kind of clever pu…

On the topic of Feng Shui Books, I have another link with the graphic on the book covers of some of the books I mentioned earlier to the reply on basic Feng Shui books. Click here to view the book covers:- http://www.geomancy.net/fs/books.htm For those who are interested in finding out if Feng Shui is for real or hocus pocus, you may like to read this book:- Amazing Scientific Basis of Feng Shui by Dr. Ong Hean Tatt Phd. This book although does not have richly illustrated graphics on Feng Shui but has many research work on topics that really show that Feng Shui is for REAL! The book cover can also be seen under the above link (bottom right hand side of the page). Warning…

In addition to the message below, please note that many Feng Shui Masters feel that if you are installing mirrors please remember not to install too "short " a mirror such that it cut's off a person's head or when you view the mirror, part of your head is missing. This is inauspicious. Do I need a full length mirror? As for the lower part of the body, it is ok if the mirror covers say from the shoulder to the head of the body. For example like the bathroom mirror. You do not need to install a full length mirror. -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppressed> Date: Thursday, February 25, 1999 2:27 PM Subject: Re: Two…

Please read below:- Glad that you are doing well:) I will be adding in a module for the proposed element objects. For now here are some guide. 1. You can make use of the Five Element Cures, there are proposed objects relating to the elements in the last portion of the report. Basically, it is ok to make use of any type of object so long as it fulfills the element recommended. That is why rather then using fixed cures, we have provided the solution in Element form. More importantly the cures should also suit the person who is often using that room. 2. Some simple example which I can produce off-hand are. Example:- ======== a. Metal - 6 Metal Coins, White / G…

Dear Evelyn, To determine your main door, you have to:- 1. Find the centrepoint of the house. 2. If you are physically at the home, stand at the centre of the house and from here determine the main entrance door. Where best, go out of your home and take the compass reading of the North to South at a few locations. If in doubt, use the readings taken outside. 3. Can you clarify below:- You have to be exact with the door. From what I understand, I like to clarify that you have to stand at the centre of the house and from here, determine the compass direction of the main door. In this case i.e. if your main door is at the South the compass direction should be around 180…

Dear Wilson, I agree with Glyn's findings. -- Quoting Glyn -- A wooden shelf on top of a bed is akin to a column or beam above a person. This will only weigh down a person and in Feng Shui, is considered inauspicious. Glyn has all the hallmarks of an excellent Feng Shui Practioner and time to come will eventually become an Excellent Feng Shui Master:) Keep up the Good Work Glyn:) Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Cecil Thanks for your clarification. Please note that:- to begin wtih, my purpose is more to support/boost my career rather than to counteract sha-qi. but, as time goes by, whenever i look at my little aquarium, i feel peaceful. so, yeah, its a hobby to me as well now. i must go check with aquairum people if guppies and gold fish can 'live' together. i find guppies very colourful and lively. i will check that out. thanks. my aquarium is only a small one, 11/2 by 2 by 1 feet, with small gold fish in it. i place it at the SE sector along the SE-East wall. is this alright? smallness of the aquarium is not a problem, is it? remember in my earlier emails way b…

Dear Jason, Please read below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppressed> Date: Monday, May 31, 1999 5:22 PM Subject: Re: Main Door The first precedence of activation of elements should be done in accordance to the Flying Star stars, then followed by relating the suitability of the cure to the person there. This way, the cures used to activate the sector will not adversely harm the owner staying there. There are often more then one way to cure a location and you can only enjoy the best benefit when the cures or activation for the sector does not harm the person staying there. Dear Jason, Please read below:- Just the element representation in a shape or colour for personal cures will be sufficient. No the size does not matter, it is the shape and form that is of more importance. Anything represented by the element should be sufficient. Normally for personal cures, colours of clothing is the most appropriate. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Again, thanks for your wonderful advices to all of us. I am speaking here like I am the spokesman for us all, but I really do appreciate each and everything you advises whether it will benefit me or not but I have learned so much so far from what I have already read from you site and believe me, I did read each and every thing from your site and saved some portions of it especially the instructions on how to determine the centre of the house and determining the front door and so on and so forth along these lines. I have done a partial Flying Star analysis, that is the main trouble so I am getting more curiouser and curiouser about Feng Shui after also acquiring the …

Dear Ber, You need to login to http://www.geomancy.net On this homepage, you will see a bottom frame. Look carefully and you will find the Daily Forecast report. (You can also scroll down to see the Hourly forecast. This is in two hourly intervals based on the Traditional Feng Shui model of two hourly timings). Soon Robert will have a module for users who want to find a specific Auspicous period or periods. Hope the above helps. Warmest Regards, Cecil P.S. For some who are at your office and use certain firewall software at the office, you may not be able to see this feature. -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppress…

I would rather not change the color. I like the dramatic effect it has on the room. So far I have done two things; I changed the painting above the mantel to one with boats on a lake with mainly blue tones and touches of yellow, and I put a plant that trails from the mantel to the floor in a blue pot. My money situation neutralized immediately. I was considering putting a mirror above the mantel and a piece of brass at the top of the opening to keep smoke from pouring into the room (a problem I've had in the past). These are strictly esthetic changes. I would like my money situation to improve even more. Any other suggestions?

Cecil As I mentioned previously I have a business, which I recently started =running from a bedroom in my home. The window of my office and my front =door are both on the East side of my house. This is supposed to be good =for me. My neighbor's house on the East side, is the house in question. =There is a high evergreen hedge masking the house from the downstairs of =my property. However as I stand at my office window, and at a window at =the top of the stairs there is a triangular shaped section of tiled roof =pointing directly at me. There is also 2 other sections of the roof that =point in my direction, like so, /\ /\. Until recently I have had a =mirror in my office o…

Hello Anonymous, If I may contribute something to this discussion... I was reminded of something I saw the other day. It was a large, thriving liquor business with a rather strange shape. The building was mainly triangular, with a very long, sharp-looking corner aiming across the street. I looked across the street and sure enough, the building directly in the path of this pointing triangle was boarded up and vacant. If that isn't a poison arrow, I don't know what is! Hope this discussion clarifies matters for you. Good luck! :o) --Joe
