Quote: Yes, based on the interior layout (note: without checking the exterior); from the interior, it seems the facing "may / could" be SE facing. (Notcommenting on kua as not looking at it). Dear Master, Thank you for the confirmation. I was worried that being an East Group person (Kua 3) the new apartment facing SE2 and sitting NW2 a West House will not be suitable for me. Thanks very much.

More resources:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Commonsense_Approach Under the above URL: Ifone has the time; go thru this topic: Plot at a T-junction Para 2. The test is: "Can a run-amok vehicle be able to slam into the property?" Yes or No? If Yes, then this is most likely as illustrated in the attachment a potential plot (in this case) a home facing a T-junction. Commonsense dictates: Can a car fly? If so how high? "From ground level without any ramps; can the car fly to the 5th Storey?"

Dear Andy, 1. Frankly, there are no right or wrong answers. This is because in some instances, the "stone" (jade) could belong to one element or a combination of other elements. 2. Let me give you some examples: 2.1 Shape If the jade is shaped like a triangle, then we may say that it is considered as a "fire" element. If the jade is sometimes shaped into jewellery e.g. a jade ring, then many of us would consider this a gemstone or "earth" element. You can think of many other examples, here 2.2 Colour Usually jade is green in colour. The depth of green colour can range from light green to deep grain green. For a scholar of "The Five Elements Concept" perhaps, he …

Dear Amelia, Sorry, not sure what you meant that you should have your dining table at the centrepoint of the home. A dining table need not necessarily be or (must or even nice to have) located at the centrepoint of the home. In many homes: for the living/dining room area: we first need to locate the actual location of the living room. After doing so, the next area to allocate is the dining table.Again, it may not be atthe centrepoint of the home. In Commonsense Approach to Feng Shui, the toilet: Whenever we flush the toilet bowl, minutewater droplets or sprays will fly all over the place. (Usually it containssome germs). Thusif we have the toilet doordirectly facing th…

1. Frankly, it depends! Since often, no two homes are the same. 2. Many of the considerations will also depend on how a person view where the centrepoint of a home is. And like all human beings, realistically, one may even get different results from different Masters! 3. The saying goes "Be realistic". In such a case (determining whether a home has a protrusion or indent) would make this more of an "art" rather than a science of Feng Shui! Therefore, we have to accept this fact in life! Quote: Amanda Y. wrote: How do we conclude that our house has a missing corner rather than a projection/protruding corner? For example, my house could either be considered a SOUTHWEST …

Further to this mail regarding Pillars of Destiny Strength. I would like to share this everyone. ============================================================================ ======== Pillars of Destiny provides you with the Heavenly Influence which is calculated from the Heavenly Stem and the Earthly Branches influence of the current time. The information provided is able to tell you:- 1. Your true birth element. 2. Your 80-Year luck periods. 3. Fortune Telling This theory often takes into account only the person involved. So if you are the only one facing constant problem, you will notice that when you look at your own personal chart you are often in your very bad heaven…

1. In my opinion, rather than finding the elusive "cure"; (which often is non-existent, here) 2. The major concern would especially be that the STOVE or any other critical equipment in the kitchen is directly ABOVE a sewerage pipe / line.

Thank you so much for your explanation. For the conservative believe, we must change the foundation in order to get the change of house period, but base on your own experience, what else we can do to get the house period really changed. Thank you so much.

Dear Anon, As the protusion is a wooden cabinet, and acts like a overhead beam, you can try to use big metal `6 coins' tied together with a red string and stick it below the cabinet (less obstrusive) from view. However, if the cabinet is made of metal, fire element would be needed. Warmest Regards, Cecil

One day, a man was `furiously' thinking of the `cleanest' way to get rid of his wife. (He was having an affair and his mistress had gave him a `dateline' to get rid of his wife.) The man thought of nearly everything but felt that he would most likely be the suspect! He truly wanted to plan and execute a `perfect crime'. He nearly gave up when, one night, he watched the news of how foreign maids often cleaned windows or put out clothings and accidently fall to their death! Oh! He hit on the idea! YES! My current wife fits this profile! She was a housemaker and her moto is " TOO CLEAN ". The man decided to call a friend to pretend to be a "Feng Shui Master". Since his wif…

Dear Dr Muthu, In practice, usually when a next door neighour has a main door that faces each other; one neighbour may place a Ba Gua (Pa Kua) concave mirror above the door. In such a situation, the neighbour has no choice but to use a convex mirror to conteract the concave mirror. The Ba Gua mirror depends on the thinking or mindset and the use varies with " different people ":- 1. Some practioners or practioners who combine Feng Shui with religion may go all out to advise each and every household they come in contact with to place a Ba Gua mirror above their house even if there is no sha qi or poision arrow. These group believe that by placing the Ba Gua mirror above th…

This now becomes more like an advertisement: 1. Do you have lots of photos and still like to keep your home clean? 2. Do you have limited space in your home to display many photos? 3. In a few years time, do you think you will have many obsolete tablets lying around? Look no further....

Dear Rachel, Rachel Rachel wrote: In addition to my first point, I'd also like to add that the binding elements between me and my husband is Earth and Wood, so does that mean that I also have to try and incorporate some Earth into the room as well, to satisfy the advice given by the Flying Star Paid Report, and also to satisfy the favourable elements of each of us, and the binding elements for all of us? Please advice! Thanks! Yes, first balance the flying star. Then, you can add a little of additional colours from like bedsheet etc. If only one person is staying in the room, then choose colours he/she lacks. If more than one person is staying in the same room, then …

1. Facing direction is often looked at : based on the mouth of the apartment i.e. where there is the most yang qi coming in. Most likely would be south. 2. Have elaborated thatfor facing directionin general, in terms of ranking:- NE /SW ranked one of the highest between now to 2021-2023 South is the next best ranking (Hopefully is S2/S3 Flying star and not S1 facing) Lower down are the: East / West NW / SE and North ranked the lowest. 3. If you have more openings at South vs North and if you don't often open the condo door, then you can tap the qi coming from the South. Hi, Before one uses the " semi-circle " one must use it correctly. The correct way is to use the semi-circle facing outwards of your home or building. Never `turn' the semi-circle inwards acting like a sickle or blade slicing towards the house. This is similar to having `pointed' arrow towards you. It is also based on Symbolism in Feng Shui as the semi-circle `looks' like a Chinese butcher's knife. Do remember the above and avoid doing it wrongly. Warmest Regards Cecil

There are only two stacks that are E1 facing in this development: stacks 141 and 143.The frontage has the auspicious flying star numbers and it is good to have open spaces in this home.
