It probably will affect the resale value of the house. For example houses with 4 will find it harder to sell simply because most buyers will avoid 4 (die in cantonese). Compared to a house number that is 8, most people will often choose this first, thus easier to sell. So you should go for a more suitable facing as that will impact how much luck you can get from the house. The more suitable the house, your luck will generally be better and thus, things will go well for you. So always go for the better more suitable and better location houses as these will ultimately be more important than house number. So because of these many reasons, we find that really there is no need to apply any changes to the original concepts, thus just use your local time of birth. So in general, the impact isn't as great as what most people think it will be. No changes necessary.
