If the headboard is placed on the wall that exactly where the WC is also located, then it is not very auspicious. Otherwise, if the WC is located away from the headboard, then it is not as bad. Of course, it is not as ideal. In general, the bed should be best still anchored to the wall. That means that it should be be left floating in the middle of the room. So as long as if you shift into a diagonal position and the bed is still anchored to a wall (or if you build some kind of hidden cupboard to fill up the space at he corner, then no issue at all. Having a toilet located close to your room is not really bad. Otherwise, there won't be a masterbedrom with attached toilet.
