Case Study 18: Staying in a unit directly above the domestic transfer water tank & pump room. 1. For re-sale flats, it is easy to spot such units. 1.1. Usually it is a 2nd storey unit directly above this pump room. 1.2. For under construction HDB flats, hopefully the Sales Brochure site plan would highlight this. (Unfortunately, I have not come across this information on many or all of their site plans). 1.3. Instead HDB do highlight the Electrical Sub-Station (ESS) and Consumer Electric Room). These are fortunately in a separate 1 storey building within the development. 1.4. The same cannot be said for condos especially private condos. Where I often see the development's smaller capacity e.g. 45KV directly below a unit in the development. So look out for this! Open this link to hear the sound of these working pumps...

1. Previously, I used a smartphone app that says ... take a snapshot of a leaf; and leave it to the program to identify the tree. 2. This application gave a totally wrong tree! Deleted the app... yet need to subscribe it monthly or yearly! LOL! 3. Finally, today, asked a client who owns Eco Scape https://www.eastec.com.sg : What is the actual name of this “umbrella” tree... Combretaceae (Bucida molinetti = Italian name of this tree) 4. Also commonly known as Indian Almond and Ketapang family tree. 5. For me, I shall still call these trees simply as umbrella trees.. LOL 6. Light green version.. these trees are four years old:- 7. Dark green version.. these trees are much more older or mature tree than above...light coloured ones.. 8. These Dark green trees are at least 8 years old:- 9. However, during dry Seasons, expect lots of leaves falling to the ground! 10. Thus on such occasions.. it may sound like mini firecrackers.. if one walks on the fallen leaves.. LOL

Castle Gate tilting of main door... similar to that of Hyatt Hotel, Orchard/Scotts Frankly, few Feng Shui Masters have the expertise to determine and advise on this. My former Master (deceased) had passed this down to me.

Case Study 9: Is it true that a degree in common sense is free? Okay... this is another common sense, thing: Good if the bathroom glass door swings outwards. But Why? 1. Got a snapshot of this from a Facebook posting. 2. I forgot to note the source. If anyone knows where this photo came from, please let me know. If you are the copyright owner or know the source, please drop me a note at support@geomancy.net if you would like the photo removed. 3. Otherwise, this is good information to know—especially if you have a weak family member or an elderly person at home. Do take precautions and consider having the glass door swing outwards. 4. In this development, the bathroom door illustration already shows it swinging outwards. I guess this is another sign that the toilet is too small for an inward‑swinging door… LOL. 4.1. Frankly, all bathroom doors can swing either in or out. Just make sure the vertical water‑seal strip is positioned correctly. 5. Source: ?? Image shows someone fainting and others unable to push the door open to help the person. P.S. If you are the copyright owner or know the source; please drop me a note: support@geomancy.net if you want this photo to be removed. Alternative, I will be glad to place a Source and Credit for this photo. -

Case Study 2: Common Bin Lobby (CBL) and Main Entrance Door 1. For three (3) stacks, it is possible to see the CBL from the Main Entrance Door. 2. For stacks 229, 265 and 267 if like HDB Tampines Greenweave where the CBL is an open area supported by low height railings = standing at the Main Entrance Door might be able to see into the CBL. -

Case Study 1: Senja Valley's NE and SW cross-path with the future Chinese Temple 1. Stacks 269 and 273 is aligned in a NE and SW pathway with the future Chinese Temple. 2. Avoid hanging any wind chimes especially with solid rods. 3. If an altar is placed in this homes, do pay more attention to the placement of these altars. As there is a higher chance of opening a porthole or gateway for spirits to enter and exit out. Related: -
