landform vs flying stars:theory or practice???
Location, location and location. This is one of the major statements in Feng Shui: "The Shapes (Shapes and Forms) prevail over the Stars (Flying Stars)."

Can I install half-curtains to my toilet?
A recently opened coffee shop, called Food Village, is situated at Punggol Waterway and does not have air conditioning. The restrooms are accessed through significant vertical barriers constructed from clear plastic. Such an environment could promote the growth of bacteria. I would be reluctant to buy food from the vendors in this vicinity, especially if the stall operators fail to wash their hands after handling it.

Chong Pang Chinese style Satay stall at Changi Village
Satay Surabaya, or Indonesian-style satay. At this stall in a coffee shop at Block 19A HDB Dover Ville. Frankly, I have not tried this stall’s satay. But I do love Indonesian-style ones: usually no dipping into peanut sauce, as the spices or “dry” sauce are already locked into each stick of fragrant satay.

My 2012 Brompton & Dahon Classic
This type of design is a variation of the “thick-u-pipe” design. Only thing is it has a more “sexy” curve that the usual U poles that we seen at several MRT stations in Singapore: such as at Boon Keng or Mountbatten. Such a pole is preferred over that at The Star ( which I previously mentioned in an earlier thread). As a user can comfortably use one or several locks such as the recommended U-lock to secure several parts of their bike.

My 2012 Brompton & Dahon Classic
This bicycle rack can be found beside the Taxi stand if The Star at Buona Vista. It looks more like a stylish stainless steel stump. But it’s weakness is that at most it may help to secure the front-wheel. Or if got a large wire lock the body of a bicycle. There were many bicycle that had their valuable body + rear stolen. As the front wheels can easily be detached from the rest of the bike! Must have been designed by a non bike user! Look good. But lousy way to secure a bicycle! Flexible wire chain locks are one of the easiest to breach:-

Sha chi with T intersection
Contrary to popular belief; a conservative geomancer would indeed automatically associate a home at a T-junction as bad. In my opinion, after looking at the photos; the T-junction does not look threatening towards your new home: 1. The land is so spacious and relatively large. 1.1 And your new home is well set-back quite a distance from the T-junction. 1.2 Helped greatly by the letter box fence + this side of the home Looks like it has two “small windows”. 2. The above are positive factors. 3. Furthermore you mentioned that the T-junction is up a Hill. And looking at this service road; it also does not look busy. 4. Thus in conclusion the T-junction does not seem a threat to your home.

The Creek @ Bukit - Is my unit still lucky?
The Creek uses the same “frameless skirting similar to CDL’s The Venue: These photos are from The Venue. It seems more skill is involved to get this frameless skirting right. Thus contrary to popular belief.. more work..

Feng Shui of Westwood Residences EC - Which units require additional attention
The Floravale These photos were taken from the Male “open air” toilet” at Westwood residences towards The Floravale blocks 226 and 228:- This means that the 2nd and ground floor units of block 226 is directly facing this open air toilet. While many units at block 228 can look down into this open air toilet. Of course the urinals could not be seen. But one may see a head and shoulders ... of the person using the urinals.. Let’s hope the foliage of the plants grow dense and healthy.. It may affect the resale value of the flats as the balcony of these stacks at The Floravale faces the toilets ..of Westwood residence. Blicks 226 and 228 once face an empty plot of land. But not only had to endure construction noise and dusts.. but also this... Thus sometimes better to buy unit’s looking onwards of the development.. at least you know what is and will be expected today and in the future.

Feng Shui of Westwood Residences EC - Which units require additional attention
Just maybe the architect cum designer of this project got their inspiration from The landed properties in Lorong Kismis This is the access gate for entry to each block: or is it the inspiration came from The Rail in Bukit Timah..

3 legged frog
I am glad that you find my articles useful. In my opinion, I would treat it like just any old decorative piece even if is was “blessed”. But for peace-of-mind; just wrap it in an old newspaper and place it in a used plastic or paper bag and simply throw it away into a rubbish bin.

HDB Eunos Court BTO launched in November 2017 - Which units are lucky today?
Eunos Court Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans eunos-court.pdf Expected Completion falls under Period 8 Feng Shui (provided falls within years 2022 or 2023) HDB Eunos Court BTO launched in November 2017 The initial BTO launch information. And previous photos of this new HDB Eunos Court virgin land.. These blocks highlighed in purple are the existing HDB Eunos Court flats. For many years, they have enjoyed unobstructed views. But soon, they would have to put up with construction noise and dusts. As well as when fully built up; their views would not only be obstructed. But also face the living room / bedroom windows of the newly built up flats... An equivalent of The Bayshore condo after the built-up of Costa Del Sol.
