Frankly, you are on the ground, you have all the available facts. Here, I really don't have much to go on. For example, I waited for you to fix the broken link. And later, when the link was fixed; the google map was a very rough one but to me it distinctly show a home at a T-junction. And only later, you post a layout plan..... When I comment, this is a "classic" case of a home at a T-junction. You query me; why I called it a home at a T-junction. Now you ask to comment on such details. I only say your layout plan. It is just a 2-D (2 dimensional plan). AndIreally have the faintest idea ofdetails whetherdo you have adrain be it open or covered- if any; how exactly the c…

Hello, I was recently gifted a Pixiu jade ring my by father in law and did some research on the proper way to wear it. I've read that you should wear it on your left hand middle finger with Pixiu facing away from you as that would bring luck. My question is... I am married, and wear a wedding band on my left hand ring finger... is it alright to wear the Pixiu ring on my left hand middle finger next to my wedding band? Or is there a better way to wear it in this situation? I've searched high and low and cannot find an answer.... I hope you can share some guidance!

Yes, for practical reasons, the clue here is "my resale flat will only be available in Aug 09":- Under the following conditions:- 1. If possible an chuang should only be done once. Thus if you had an chuang in a "previous" home e.g. currently staying with parents or rental, then should not be done at your "new" resale flat, again. 2. If already, pregnant or has had a child with (the same husband). Generally, there are the two considerations.

We are planning to purchase a brand new apartment, the building is still under construction. I have already tried all kind of compasses, including luopan, but have got all different results; it looks like like the compasses go crazy. Just for a record, I'm not a novice to using a compass. Mind you, most of the compass readings show NW more or less, but very inconsistent): sometimes it's NW1 (pearl string in period 8), then it's either NW2 or NW3. What's going on, please? What would be your advice in this case, please?

Hi Cecil i would like to seek your advise in FS which of the following is a lesser evil and easier to remediate: 1) flying star 2 & 5 landed in Master Bedroom for a Period 8 house; or 2) main door in good sector but has a bad facing in the death direction? What are some effective remedies for each? I read in some FS books that there are timely and untimely flying stars? What does it mean?

Hello master, I'm from Eastern Europe, I am a feng shui enthusiast and amateur and I have studied the art of feng shui for 8-9 years now. I came to understand a lot of things about feng shui, but not all of them, and I can't say that I know everything regarded to it and still trying to understand some aspects, that's why I wanted to ask for help from someone that knows this better, and verify if what I am doing is correct. I’m practicing feng shui only for my family. I don’t do it and don’t talk about it with other people, because our culture is based on christianity and some look at feng shui with doubt, fear or skepticism. I was ra…

Thanks for the photograph. Without it, there could have been some misunderstanding, as this type of bed is unique. Can common sense explain why this arrangement is considered inauspicious? Sometimes, beds are "slippery," and due to physical activities, both beds might split apart or leave a gap in between. This seems to be the only issue based on practical concerns. However, this can depend on whether the beds have rollers or if the legs rest on slippery sliders for easier moving or cleaning underneath. All these problems can be fixed, so it’s not a permanent issue. Actually, it mostly comes down to symbolism in Feng Shui. Some believe that joining two single be…

Dear Albert, I have considered the site relative to the Brighthill crematorium and columbarium i.e. I have explored the area and in my opinion, they are not exactly in direct path nor very close-by to this development. Overall, the general alignment of this plot of land i.e. the site (in general) is aligned in a North-South direction. This is a plus factor. Having taken this into consideration and the overall surrounding, it has its merits. Warmest Regards, Cecil

HDB Tampines GREENridges & Precinct Pavilions When choosing a stack/unit; some of us often over-look where the precinct pavilions are. Don't get me wrong, one advantage of living at high floors above such a structure may often mean that the views are unblocked. But if one's stack/unit is at low storeys e.g. 2 to 5 storeys high and depending on the distance the precinct pavilons are; one could literally looked into the "activities" if any within these pavilions which on occassions hold a wake (funeral) or two... And worse still if they are held during one's auspicious festive occasions such as the 15 days of Chinese New Year. It is good to …

Given that both #28 and #29 are similiar; one should try to "map out" which is a better interior in-terms, as you had mentioned for the East Group persons. At the same time, try to check that NW is not at the kitchen or (if possible not at the toilet or a missing corner). Quote: Is the stack on the right (eg stack 29) better than left (eg stack 28) on the same blockfor a east group person so that the bedroom can face SE instead of NW. But that would mean that the main door would be in the "opposite" sector.

Dear Sir, I notice some review on Tampines GreenView, but none on Tampines GreenVerge. Can you comment if Tampines GreenVerge has good or bad FengShui in general? How can one decide if a HDB BTO Project is good or not? I understand there is map of the site provided by HDB. But as you have mentioned in the forum, many factors affect the Feng Shui of a home. So, how can we tell the Feng Shui of a house that has not even exist? I passed by Tampines GreenVerge site recently and the whole place is empty other than a big drain between the Main Road and the site. Lastly, I have used the tools on Geomancy.net to determine that I am a We…
