  1. What is all these bed allocations for the East and West group?
  2. Anonymous wrote: 2. There are 3 toilets in the center of this unit, especially the guest toilet - not attached to external wall at all, big problem? 1. Your question is purely focused on micro-feng shui. For example, an apartment does not only consists of the four walls in such a tiny apartment. There is such a thing as MACRO Feng Shui. Macro Feng Shui have very high weightage: Shapes and Forms Feng Shui and also things like facing direction of an apartment. For example, if an apartment has especially very good shapes and forms and flying star, definitely these havehigher weightage than the 3 toiletsyou are refering to! Even if youone were to approach an A & E, even before getting to see the doctor? Don't the patient have to go thru a tirage? (French - term for investigation). 2. It is so simple ask a question: 3 toilets than how? orso many missing cornersthan how? 3. For your information, even in Feng Shui, it is ABOUT maximizing one's LUCK. Url link: The Concept of Maximizing Marks 4. During the capture of Singapore by Japan, while many anticipate that Japan would invade from the south, the invasion comes from the north! Thus are you really looking at the right sort of leaks? Anonymous wrote: 1. Does this unit have too many missing corners? If NE & SW corner all missing, is there any way to overcome it? 5. I believe I had received your call and I think you mentioned that the existing or previous owners are upgrading ... If they are upgrading then to these people have stayed in such a home.. are they at peril. 6. Even if there is a missing corner ar NE or SW, it has to be looked at e.g. NE where the kitchen is etc. or living room area or bedroom area or whatever. And how is the size of the missing corner. 7. You have to realistic. We don't live in an utopian world, look around, many apartments especially condomium units have lots of missing corner. 8. Of course, there are ways to circumvent - important missing corners. 9. Are you living in a real world or a make believe world? And like the Japanese invasion, I will not be surprised that when you are looking at leaks, most likely they are at the wrong locations. Where you may be looking at leaks from the south .. but the trouble spews from the NORTH. 10. Believe it or not, there is no such thing as a perfect home - unless one tries to built it up from scratch. 11. I have many clients who had lived in the Tropica, and many have upgraded to landed property. And they also have leaks you are so.. so concerned of! 12. If you want you have to conduct your own proper Feng Shui in relation to today and again like in the past, maximise your feng shui luck since this is now Period 8 and the apartment there was built under Period 7. A propery analysis of such things like Flying Stars will yield more fruitful result than whatever fears one may have of missing corners, toilets ... ...
  3. 1. We are all grown-ups or adults. So let's not get cheated by con artists selling such products in the same of something else! 2. The sellers find it very lucrative! Make tons of money at our expense! 3. At our age, we should'nt be conned into believing in such things as these also does not have any scientific basis. WHEN THE BUYING STOPS! THE SELLING CAN! 4. For more on the modern invention of so called commercial products (rubbish):- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Commercial_Products
  4. 1. These are modern inventions. 2. Look at it this way: How do you treat all the souvenirs that you had bought. Or a decorative piece? 3. Just ponder over this: Your great-grand parents, grand parents or even your parents don't have such objects. What make so special? 4. The people making it so .. so special are those that laugh themselves to the bank: the sellers of such "rubbish" in the name of whatever Feng Shui! 5. Do you know that these rubbish Feng Shui commercial products are manufactured cheaply. Just check how much you had paid for it. And do you know where all your hard earned money went to? It goes to enrich all these unscrupulous sellers! 6. Morale of the story: These rubbish products are not magical! I would have used the money more fruitfully e.g. simple things like saving for a rainy day or even brining family to a simple mac donald outing etc.. 7. The rich gets richer. and they hardly if ever had seen such RUBBISH! Go visit a filthy rich person's home... they have this silly turtle toad or frog... all these are rubbish! 8. We don't need all these rubbish to run our lives! It is sometimes a little complicated already. 9. Rubbish is thus the in-thing! So say rubbish and get rid of these rubbish!
  5. As this is only a general free advice forum, there will be no specific analysis; if so; since you had read the advice, you have to ask whether you believe in it or to play it safe - take extra caution when you may need to travel on those days.
  6. Yes, an alternative to a fish tank is a painting. Traditionally, the painting is often either:- 1. koi fishes in swimming in virtual water or 2. goldfishes swimming in virtual water
  7. These are some of the considerations:- 1. Generally from a Shapes and Form Feng Shui point of view, no major issue. 2. Since it is rectangular and not square, most of the time, the edges runs parallel to the ceiling. If it is a squarish design, then avoid the "diamond shaped" figure - please see attachment. 3. As mentioned under Para 1, strictly from a Feng Shui point, no issue. However, human factors can come into play. For example, it takes a relative, parents or even close friends to utter a comment - which may make such of us feel uneasy. Comments such as it "looks" like a beam drooping down etc... 4. Overall, there is no major impact on a strictly Feng Shui perspective.
  8. Even for a tourist, it is always prudent to make it a point to go to places where locals frequent!
  9. Flying star Feng Shui is about detecting where is the mouth of the house or the location with the most yang (brillant) qi....
  10. The clue here is : #5 = strong bad (yellow) earth #2 = weak bad (yellow) earth #8 = current auspicious weatlh (especially good if it is a MS# or a WS#). Thus one should be worried more of #5 While #7 = weak bad metal so in general, it helps to neutralise #3 which is generally bad wood. Metal helps to control wood The best to look into using the Five elements concept. Frankly, all the hocus pocus about what cancels each other is fundamentally = understaning and applying the Five Elements concept: productive, destructive sequence and strength of each element. This is the LCM (the lowest common denominator) for everything related to both ba zi, flying star etc...
  11. Father of all crab says "Hear my confessions" http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Newbie_Pitstop#Modern_Invention:_The_Confessions_of_Lin_Yun
  12. He earn's tons of money from gullible people.....and yes! He is a true crabby geomancer! Without much imagination, everyone can so easily write a book on crab Fixed Template... stuff.. Here goes:- CHAPTER 1 : INTRODUCTION TO FIXED TEMPLATE CHAPTER 2 : YOUR CAREER CHAPTER 3 : YOUR ROMANCE CHAPTER 4 : ........................................ JUST FIGURE IT OUT! WHO THE HELL USES FIXED TEMPLATE????? Not me, I am a Chinese!
  13. 1. Yes, the suggestion is this:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=29&mid=25284 2. Turn-over a new leaf, permanently withraw from practising "crap".
  14. 1. Especially in the Far East, anyone practising "fixed template" in the name of Feng Shui will most probably last no longer than ONE week! 2. The saying goes: " do follow what the locals do!".
  15. 1. So sorry, but the fixed ba gua method you had mentioned below is not practised, here. 2. The fixed ba gua method, is a modern invention. 3. This site is practising Traditional Authentic Chinese Feng Shui. And it is nothing near to what you mentioned, below. 4. For your info, you are practising the modern invention - invented by one person Lin Yun. http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Newbie_Pitstop#Modern_Invention:_The_Confessions_of_Lin_Yun 5. In Asia, if anyone were to practise what you mentioned, they will be laughing to the bank! 6. Frankly, especially in the Far East, what you practise is really foreign, even to the Chinese. Just imagine that! 7. As a Chinese, can you believe that if we don't practise it; how can this be real? Anonymous wrote: Dear sir, I was trying to rearrange my carrer area which comes in my kitchen. Please give me any suggestions/advice to my kitchen area tore-enter tomy career. Also my wealth area comes to the Larger Balcony with roof that belong to the balcony of 5th floor resident and with a fencing made of iron rods. Can I consider this open area as my wealth area as per bagua chart or does it come inside my Living room? Thanks.
  16. 1. Frankly, such products should be taken as "decorative" items. 2. Many take advantage of us humans and sell these products unfortunately in-the-name of Feng Shui! 3. The reason is simple: These products are cheap to produce but sold at very very high mark-up. I wonder who earns all these money. 4. Just pause for a moment and think:- Especially for those born in on or before 1975; how often do you see your parents or grand parents buying so many of these commercial "thrash?". 5. In the past, the ONLY items that are easily purchased were simple Fu Lu Shou figurines. And these are easily considered as merely decorative items. 6. Imagine in your grand parents time or even earlier.. there were few or none of the many items such as pixiu. So how did your grand or great grand parents fare without these items? 7. Even in documentaries or even sword playing shows, you don't see people relying on pixiu etc... for luck... 8. Suddenly how come in the 1980's there are so many modern inventions? 9. The rich gets richer because they employ proper Feng Shui for their landed property and "suck wealth" accordingly from the environment. 10. Many rich people don't depend on such silly products as pixiu or in the name of such products for wealth. 11. Therefore, the morale of the story is treat these items as just mere decorative items that will often gather dusts.. You can find out more of what commercial products are:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Commercial_Products 12. This is a wonder Feng Shui ring, suppose to be better than the pixiu you had mentioned:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Commercial_Products#A_Very_Special_Feng_Shui_Jewelry The above is indeed a killer product ... Gek Hoon T. wrote: My younger sibling, whom I'm staying with, has brought back a pixiu on his holiday trip from Taiwan recently. The problem thatI have is that I have already brought a smaller one home on myholiday trip from Taiwanin February last year& placed itnear the Goddess of Mercy & theother gods on the altar. Now I'm in a dilemma on how to proceed with this situation, given that I'm not an expert on feng shui. I sincerely hope to have your advice onthis urgent matter as soon as possible, as I do no want to waste too much time & leaving the other pixiu sitting on the table for too long. Thank you in advancefor your assistance & attention on this matter.
  17. Since you are fully aware of: 1. I am not going to move house! 2. The direction is not suitable.. How? You have to consider other avenues:- * Fix-the-Leak, First! * The Concept of Maximizing Marks These are some of the reasonable steps we take ...
  18. 1. This year, the five yellow is located at North. And sickness star #2 is located in the west. 2.For next year, the Year of the Tiger, the five yellow falls in the SW and #2 falls in the NE sector:- http://www.geomancy.net/resources/yearly-forecast/fortunes-2010.htm
  19. 1. Under the current period : 2004 usually to 2020 is generally safe. However, when it comes closer to Period 9, usually around 3 years before Period 9, then 8 becomes past prosperity. 2. It is still best to be - safe in the current period especially do take note of where the yearly #5 or #2 are located. Thus in this year although #5 is found at North; but sickness star #2 can be found in the West. 3. In addition, one has to be careful especially when stars #5 and #2 falls into the west for the year. 4. Usually, things like time dimension, may over weigh the advantages of havinga #8 in such an area if say: the Year, month, day and even hour stars especially of #5 and/or #2 flies into that sector.
  20. 1. There are some write-ups on Gateway, Parkview Square, DBS, UOB, Suntec City etc... in the past resources - could be as far back as 6 or more years ago in this forum. 2. For the Singapore landmarks, there is such thing as Black and White Feng Shui. Some of the resources are again deep in the forum. 3. Nowadays, most forum users are continue to be more interested in "I" , "me", "my" and not so much of how fantastic things are in Singapore Landscape. Here, they just want to hear from themselves, things close to them. Especially if they don't work in Singapore city.
  21. 1. If possible, don't see the sharp tip of the dome - slicing into any of the bedrooms especially the living room "view". Anonymous wrote: The masterbedroom window will be able to see the mosque if you look dwon from the 10th floor. In addition, the sleeping direction of the bed frame will be pointing towards the mosque. 2. Thus from a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view:- 2.1 So long as the pointed dome roof is not in full view (same level as) of an opening e.g. bedroom window or living room, then this is acceptable. 2.2 Some temples are "unclean" as sometimes, a local priest may get it's permission to bring in "spirits" or some of the temples even go as far as rearing "devils" etc... 2.3 Generally, mosques are suppose to be a clean place. But it is still a depository of hope, blessings.. It is how outsiders see it. 3. Human Factor If we already don't feel comfortable; let's hope, friends, relatives or other family members don't add more salt to the "wound". 4. Many of us would consider such a unit - as alast resort if we can finda home that is away from places of worship.
  22. These are the following assumptions:- 1. As you had not mentioned the birth chart of the apartment: if it is a Period 7: 1984 to 2003; then:- 1.1 It is disadvantages to place a water feature atyour proposed location markedin RED as "C". Depending on whether it is aSW2 or NE2 facing direction, a water feature, there may inadvertently inflame a star #3 at that sector. 1.2Especially ifit is a SW2 facing direction, then the water wealth is at marking "A". While marking B is suppose to be theauspicious indirectauspicious water wealth spirit sector. 1.3 WARNING or NOTE: 1.3.1 If the apartment is a Period 8, NE2, then best to avoid a water feature at Marking "A". While Marking B is still the auspicious indirect water wealth spirit sector. This lasts until 2023. Usually by 2021, it would lose it's effectiveness when Period 9 takes over. 1.3.2 A water position to the right side of the main door may lead to flower of romance: Especially if it is placed at markings "B" and/or "C". To minimize infidelity:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Roving_Eyes_or_Infidelity 1.3 Overall, the above are very general observations.Best that the apartment be analysed using Flying star. As far as this is a free GENERAL advise, please don't ask more on this layout plan e.g. whether the flying star is drawn correclty etc... This is too specific for this forum. Please stick to general advice needed. 1.4 A partition can be considered within the range marking ""D. 2. You can check out this link:- 2.1 Some resources on dividers or partitions:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Divider_or_Partitionand there are tons of resources within the forum on this subject. 2.2 What makes a good fountain:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/What_makes_a_good_Water_feature/_fountain In particular Para 2.1 to 2.12
