The major sales exercise was in May 2016. As such there is no further added value or the need to do further reviews by ranking since it should be nearly fully booked. -

Tan Swie Hian Museum @ Sims Avenue This is a small museum. And this place seems run-down... Furthermore, one no longer can find it marked on any of the Singapore streetmaps such as onemap or streetdirectory.com.

No. Anyway Block B was never a shaxqi to Block A from the start.

1. Situational Approach The unit you mentioned as "X" on the surface looks rectangular. Thus based on this link; "It depends!". As you have voiced concern over the block; similarly an ultra conservative geomancer may also share the same views. This is because less likely, that it has seems not to have a proper or rather imbalanced air-flow around this block. Which in essence is inauspicious. The jagged edges of Block B facing the open car-park is considered a Sha Qi or poison arrows. And it is not good to be a neighbour so close to it. As I mentioned, it depends because, one has to take into consideration factors like:- a. How suitable is this home to the breadwinner + various locations of areas like where are the toilets / kitchen = stove vs sink, bedroom sectors etc.. b. Mapping out the Flying Stars of the unit. In addition other factors include things like Para 2. to 5. In order to make a proper assessment of the unit in Block B. 2. Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required. 3. The Concept of Maximizing Marks Hopefully from a FAIL to a PASS or better! Other concepts 4. Fix-the-Leak, First! Easily three or more major problems. 5. The Concept of Maximizing Marks Hopefully from a FAIL to a PASS or better!

Although spiral staircases are not elderly or child friendly, but it is the most efficient for a tight space. Thus, it is fine if it is meant as a secondary emergency staircase in lieu of a lift. Photos: HDB Toa Payoh Central

Feng Shui of HDB Hougang Crimson BTO launched in May 2013
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Singapore Property Review
A huge surprise when a People's Association community centre next to HDB Hougang Crimson was turned into mostly a food centre. If one is near-by eg. Hougang One Shopping complex; may consider going for lunch at this food court... Collection machine is pretty advanced. See last photo. -
A typical large circular drum where the days meats: ducks, chicken, marinated pork strips are roasted. And in sale by 11am..

Forest Woods Residences Condo by CDL and Flying Star Feng Shui The remaining stacks fall under the East group. For N3 stacks—32, 33, 39, 42, 43, and 44—the double auspicious #8 stars are found at the back of the unit, which makes these stacks less favorable. S3 stacks—34, 35, 36, 40, 41, and 46—are generally the best options for East group individuals. Here, the frontage enjoys double auspicious #8 wealth stars, and these units also face water, which is believed to attract great wealth. 1. Attached is a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. Do note that an S2 chart is similar to an S3 chart, except that the directions in the chart need to be tilted 15 degrees to 195 degrees instead of the original 180 degrees. 2. In the attachment, the [8] & [8] stars at the frontage represent prosperity and wealth. In comparison, for an N3 facing unit, these good stars end up at the rear, which is usually where the kitchen or yard is, so their benefits are not fully enjoyed. 3. One point to watch out for with S3 facing units is that the kitchen is often located in the NW sector. In Feng Shui, this is known as “Fire at Heaven’s Gate” and may have a negative impact on the male breadwinner’s career luck. 4. Because of this, for a south-facing (S3) unit, it is better to choose one where the kitchen is located in the north or northeast sector.

Forest Woods Residences Condo by CDL and Flying Star Feng Shui 1. These stacks are especially favorable for people who belong to the West group. 2. NE1 stacks—09, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 38—have the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Units with a water feature in front, especially on the balcony side, tend to enjoy good Feng Shui. If a unit does not face a water position, it is advisable to place a water feature on the balcony to help activate luck. This can support better health, wealth, and family harmony by activating the sum-of-ten. However, some other sectors in these homes may contain unfavorable stars that should be neutralized or disarmed. SW1 stacks—01, 02, 07, 08, 11, 12, 13, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 31, and 33—also carry the water wealth #8 star at the frontage, so a water feature at the front is beneficial here as well. This is especially good for stacks 24, 30, and 31, as these units face a pool of water. For the other units, placing a water feature on the balcony is recommended. Overall, activating the sum-of-ten can bring good luck, but it is still important to neutralize the bad stars in many parts of the home, particularly those that may affect health.

Forest Woods Residences Condo by CDL At first glance, the site plan looks a bit like a small grand piano, with a section (marked in red) set aside for a substation. The development sits right at the main junction of Paya Lebar Road and Upper Serangoon Road, with a smaller estate road, Lorong Lew Lian, close by. Interestingly, “Lew Lian” sounds very similar to “durian.” The architect made a smart choice by placing the blocks and stacks further inside the site, so residents are better shielded from the traffic and noise coming from both major roads. Vehicles will enter and exit the development via Lorong Lew Lian. When the development reaches its T.O.P., it would be a fun and thoughtful gesture for CDL to give each unit a box of durians, just like how some developers in the past have offered a bottle of red wine as a good luck gift. The name Forest Woods Residences also hints that there should be plenty of trees and greenery throughout the estate. With or without any Feng Shui considerations, this project is very likely to be fully taken up, especially since it’s only about a five-minute walk from the MRT station.

Northwave Executive Condo (EC) @ Woodlands View

While the method described above is one way to take Flying Star compass readings, it is recommended to use the following approach instead: 1. Please refer to the attachment. 2. In the previous method, readings were taken along the red markings from A to B, which run parallel to the side wall of the unit. 3. However, it is preferable to take the reading along the blue line. For example, stand inside the living room facing the balcony, and take the reading from the blue markings C to D. 4. Please note that assessing each individual stack or unit facing is very time-consuming. Therefore, I handle these requests on a case-by-case basis for my clients. 5. Based on this, it may be necessary to fine-tune the Flying Star analysis for blocks 110 and 111 to reassess their directions using the recommended method.
