Buangkok Woods Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans buangkok-woods.pdf Year Completed 2020 HDB Buangkok Woods and where are the central rubbish chutes: (normal and recycling) We should give credit to the architect as certainly he/she must have designed all five (5) residental blocks clearly with the management of rubbish in mind. In fact, what is unique about the rubbish point is that there is a separation or gap between normal and recycling rubbish bins. Hey! nothing is 100 perfect. But Block 993B stack #303 and even #301 may be affected by re-sale value in the near future. As for Block 993A stacks #277 or even Block 994A stacks #357; we still see this design in some HDB blocks today. Thus, again not perfect but in my opinion; acceptable, here.

Common Rubbish Bins in HDB Tampines Greenview 1. Seems like this recent batch of all four HDB newly launched developments have two rubbish bins each. 2. In the past, it is always random: some have; some don't have it. 3. I have earlier reviewed the locations these rubbish bins in sites like HDB Valley Spring @ Yishun and was sorely disappointed that the architect position their common bins as an after thought. 4. I was happy to see that for HDB Tampines Greenview; the architect has ensured that these common bins are considered. Thus, they are located at places that you and I see elsewhere in other HDB developments. 5. Thus for example even if one purchase a unit close to the common rubbish bin; especially the main door is not in the line of sight of these bins. And areas where the unit shares the same corridor; this is a walled up area.

This is common sense. As it can both affect the Feng Shui as well as re-sale value when it is time to sell the unit:- 1. For Blk 479B stack #35; the central rubbish bins. There are two: normal and recylce bins 2. Others:- 2.1 Block 479C stack #28 is most affected since the bin faces or overlooks its main entrance door. 2.2 Pretty uncomforable under Shapes and Forms for the two rubbish bins to be close to ro just in-front of Block 479A stacks #49 and #51. Personally, I would not like to purchase stack #45 as it's main entrance and lobby may be able to peer into the central rubbish bin area. 2.3 For block 478B, I don't like the placement of the rubbish bin area. 2.3.1 For example, please take a look at this (478B block). There is a narrow corror where the central rubbish bin is. And this narrow corridor will be used by 9 stacks or units: 131, 133, 135, 137, 138, 141, 143, 145 and 147. 2.3.2 Equally bad is to purchase stack #149 as this stacks frontage is at the "bottle-neck" of the rubbish bin area. And It's main door has the rubbish chute's sharp corner facing it at a 45 degree angle. 3. As Blk 478A is identical sister of Blk 478B the same comments applies to this block.

Block 126B Especially low floors (storeys) of these two stakcs: Stack #793 & #795 where their living room have a full view of the precinct pavilion. Particularly for stack #785: especially for low floors like #02-785, #03-785 and even #04-785 etc.. has the precinct pavilion in full view of their master bedroom, bedroom 2 and living room. Hopefully, it is not a major festival like Chinese New Year.. and seeing a wake/funeral on. Plus all the religious rituals and sounds (noise.) One might also want to avoid low floors or stacks at Block 126A particularly stacks #777 and #775. Since these stacks are either next to or close-by i.e. that of religious rituals and sounds (noise).

East Delta @ Canberra Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans eastdelta-@-canberra.pdf Lease Commencement Date: 2019 HDB East Delta @ Canberra & Shapes and Forms Feng Shui A top consideration in this development is the question: Where is the central rubbish bin? In this development: HDB East Delta @ Canberra; there are two central rubbish bins in each block: The first is for regular rubbish. The second bin is for recycling waste. 1. For block 126C the most disadvantages based on Shapes and Forms (of rubbish chute) is stack #805. Followed by stack #807 2. For block 126B, it has to be stack #795. Followed by stack #793.

1. When visiting any Feng Shui website; remember to check whether are they selling any commercial products. If so, most likely, they will sell you useless Feng Shui products. These practitioners, have no shame; to line their pocket with your hard earned money. 2. When the buying STOPS, the selling, CAN!

Interesting local Indonesia architecture @Jakarta Soekarno Airport. Photos of the plane boarding area of the older Terminal 2 Jakarta Soekarno Airport.

Just returned from Jakarta, Indonesia The first thing after coming out of the terminal was seeing the A & W Restaurant... It is a real pity that we no longer get to see this chain any more in Singapore. Their coney (hot-dog) for one and that unique frozen mug where they pour coke and an optional vanilla ice-cream
